Drive-thru Zenness: Retuning Your Personal Existence

About this ebook
As we grow older and become busier with responsibility, life becomes muddled and dirty in different manners. Soiled jeans and scraped elbows become a memory of a forgotten past, when a day was easy and seemed to float in possibilities. Often enough, the dirt clutters a mind ever so slowly, until reaching a point wherein the soul becomes a stranger. The purpose here is not to learn a strategy of sorts, but hopefully remembering the simplicity, flow and power of your being.
There is no crafted plot in what you have read and the book is not written in such a fashion. Although, after having read its pages, you have most likely found that the concepts reflect your personal story; if in fact, you are living a life of fulfillment by way of your path’s truth. Affirmations, inspirations, re-focusing or alignment—call them what you will, but as for me, I plainly view each page and its concepts as the roadmap of what we are meant to be—in our perfect form.
There is no studying per say, to be had here. This piece was written as an offering of recalibration in mindset. It is hopeful that you have chosen to read and re-read these pages, recognizing chards within belief systems that need discarding or replacement, while embedding the new. In short, soaking in what resonates with you and the personal journey. At best, you will eliminate more and struggle less. It is the Zen “Way.”

#Chicklit for admirers of smart & #sexy satire, #romcom banter and #erotic word flavor. Life is hard―kick its ass. Love your fetish. #Collegehumor gone wild.Author of new adult fiction and romantic comedies. Realistic plots for today's reader, laced in satire and sexy, adult humor. A self-improvement book and an illustrated children's short story book are also available. My novels tend to bend towards a real-time and satirical view of the world with regards to all relationships˗˗friendships, lovers, family, education, career, all of it. There is no normal despite the fact that some spend a lifetime pursuing it. Normalcy is in the dysfunction of life. It's there; that the real fun and our most memorable times are created. Without loose threads, there is no laughter, no surprise, no reason to seek out anything or anyone. Simply put, I love characters who do what they want to do and make no excuses about it. They thrive and grow on experiences, which is exactly what the goal should be˗˗total freedom with no regret.I am a voracious reader when I'm not writing. My interests vary quite a bit with what I read and I guess that's what keeps me constantly searching for new concepts and perceptions. Nothing wrong with the classics mind you. Discovery can be found everywhere and it's enjoyable to see the birthing of imagination in others as they put pen to paper. It's also fair to say that I am very much a lover of the solitude and beauty that nature offers. Whether it be a lone sandy beach in the tropics, the gorgeous high country in Arizona or the ominous forests of upstate New York, I enjoy all of it. From time to time, I'll frequent a local brewery for a stout or two, but I certainly would never throw my nose up at a nice glass of red in the night time hours. Especially a rainy night with that perfect new book. Cheers!

Overall Summary
Note from the Author
Introduction
Presented, is a quick guide for recognizing the forgotten strengths that each of us originates from in our truest form. Written in a journal style and meant to be a reference book: to be reread until healthy patterns become engrained in the subconscious mind and a matter of positive habit. It isn’t a story and your hand will not be held throughout in order to convince you, the reader, of anything. At minimum, it will prompt a person to take stock and examine his or her progress through life stages.
Specifically, what is holding you down and better still, what works in propelling you forward. This is never a bad practice every now and again, for the cobwebs of indifference can spread quickly if not cleared away regularly.
Certain ideas here within will be explained in some length for the sake of clarity. In the majority, however, you will receive the most simplistic thought possible, as less is more. Nothing will be dragged out as chapter filler and you will need to pay attention when reading.
To that point, language is often a barrier and leads to the willful quest of excessive understanding. Exactly, what we don’t want; more of the needless dwelling portion that is to say. Its dissection upon dissection in mind, as we know, tends to lead to the anxious clutter running loops within.
Zen, the Tao, meditative gifts, whatever a balanced practitioner or believer resonates with, strives for less. This is the road to an innate knowing through the listening of our old
voice. A ticket home to the freedom from which each of us were spawned. Pre Xanax-like—back to days of getting dirty from playing outside and being content and complete in doing so—long before the mind and ego became unruly and cumbersome to a souls path.
It all takes place in a subjective (inner or personal) energy program. A simulation of sorts that allows the witnessing of our objective perception (outer world) that we are accustomed to as a reality. Here, threads of our so-called timelines weave together and when running smoothly, our program responds not and holds no judgment towards good or bad, light or dark. Rather, it is the representation of a self’s truth as this consciousness energy
