About this ebook

No one thinks "regrets" when they hear Daniel Bennett, but I have one big one.

Ten years ago, I let go of the woman I loved. But I never stopped loving her.

Not that I'd ever admit that out loud. No one wants to buy an adventure package from a guy who's still pining for the one that got away. But since when has anyone ever successfully kept a secret from my family? My sisters naturally see a golden opportunity to matchmake.

And as long as it's with Caroline Dunne, I'll play along.

I built my business out of opportunities--I know full well one like this doesn't come along often. Our lives might be going in separate directions, but hasn't that been the case for ten years? The pull between us hasn't changed one bit.

She won't let herself fall for me again. I won't let her get away a second time. If it takes everything I have, that's what I'll give. If I've learned anything, it's that when you've found your one true love, you can't give up. But can I convince her to give me a second chance?

I enjoyed this one. For some reason it didn't contain my interest so much, though. I guess it's just a pretty similar story to a gazillion others. That's not to say it wasn't good. Who doesn't appreciate the whole love so strong that they found each other again scenario? One thing I especially appreciated in this story was the fact she couldn't have children and was afraid to voice that. Here's a man that is part of a large loving family. That is a very difficult situation for a lot of women. I related to it with my own story. A real man will step up, regardless, out of love. There are so many children out there without families.
