If you are interested in this e-book you probably have low self-confidence you are not alone. Millions of people, young and old, have low self-confidence and they worry about it a lot.
One of the reasons why we worry is that it seems impossible to will ourselves to believe ourselves at will.
The good news is that low self-confidence is less problematic than you think. In fact, although society places a great deal of importance on being confident, there are no genuine benefits except feeling good. In fact, lower self-confidence is key to gaining competence, there are other strategies for gaining genuine confidence. I discuss these strategies at length in this e-book.
In other words, if you don’t feel that you have low self-confidence, you will never be able to develop your self-confidence. You will believe that all is okay in your life, when really, it isn’t.
Further, once you realize that you have low self-confidence, it is in your power to improve it by following the steps outlined in this e-book. Once you master self-confidence, you will be well on your way towards having a happy and healthy life.
