      Introduction

      Anyone who studies the Craft will definitely encounter a magical skill known as grounding . The unfortunate truth, however, is that only a few practitioners of the sacred science and art of Magick truly know how to ground effectively. Although there are numerous books on the subject, there are only a few writings about grounding that share its true power and wisdom. It is the very purpose of this book to teach and share with serious practitioners of the Craft the true essence of grounding.

      It is worth noting that grounding should not be taken lightly. Although it is considered one of the basic skills of a Magus, it does not mean that it is easy to do. This is another reason why so many people fail to do it well. Many delude themselves into thinking that they know how to do it when, in fact, they have not even understood half of its meaning.

      Take note that just because grounding is considered a basic skill in Magick does not mean that it is easy to do for the simple reason that basic does not always mean easy. However, the good news is that just like any other magical skill or ability, you can learn how to ground properly. If you can dedicate enough time, effort, and patience into this ancient magical practice, then
