They suffered attacks from cult group called the Daughters of Jezebel, victimization of lecturers, ferocious storm accident while on a campaign trip to the village of witch doctors whose source of income was threatened, snake gifts from nomads and snake charmers, fishermen in the creeks who felt they needed these kids for their fish business. Read about how hunters who at first called them aliens arrested in the evil forest by the gods rescued their cabin cruiser carried to mountain top by storm where they spent days praying for help. How some rich people vowed to stop her, how hired smugglers trailing them to kill them at sea were eaten up by crocodiles, the bloody night of blood and lumps of human flesh in campus war, all in a bid to stop Amanda and her team. How she almost lost her family and how eventually Amanda and the 12 advocates were given international awards for their efforts for human development.
