    POULTRY RECIPES USING CANNED SOUP

    Taco Chicken Lasagna

    Creamy Turkey Stroganoff

    Whipped -up a light dinner with ground turkey in just 10 minutes

    Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

    Cook Time: 10 Minutes

    Servings: 4

    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground turkey

    1 small size onion, finely diced

    1/2 cup peas

    1 cup mushroom, sliced thinly

    1/3 cup of milk

    1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    1/2 teaspoon pepper

    1/2 cup sour cream

    Egg noodles, Cooked

    Parmesan cheese

    Directions:

    1. Place turkey and onion in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until turkey loses its pink color. Drain out excess liquid. Toss in the peas and mushrooms then continue cooking, 1 minute stirring frequently.

    2. Pour in mushroom soup, milk, garlic, salt and pepper and increase heat and bring to a boil lower heat and simmer, 5- 10 minutes.

    3. Add sour cream. Let it simmer a little.

    4. Serve stroganoff over noodles and garnish with cheese.

    Tip: You can substitute Noodles with spaghetti squash.

    Hot Crust Turkey Pie

    Thinking of what to do with that cooked turkey? How about you make some pot pie and get your table set in an amazing 15 minutes!

    Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

    Cook Time: 15 Minutes

    Servings: 4

    Ingredients:

    1 sheet frozen puff pastry, cut into strips, 1-inch wide, 8 inches long

    1 egg, beaten

    1/2 cup of milk

    2 (11 ounce) cans of condensed Cheddar cheese soup

    2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of celery soup

    2 medium size onions, diced

    2 cups butternut squash, cooked& diced

    1 large turkey, cooked, cubed

    2 cup cranberries

    Salt

    Pepper

    Flour

    Directions:

    1. Switch on the oven and preheat to 350°F.

    2. Dust the surface of the puff pastry with flour. Place on a large cookie sheet and weave the strips into a lattice big enough to cover each of the pot pie.

    3. Whisk together egg and milk then use the mixture to coat each lattice. Put in the oven and bake 5 minutes or until it rises and turns light-golden brown. What you just made is the crust; keep it aside to cool.

    4. Pour the cheese soup and celery soup into a large saucepan, heat up then stir in the squash, turkey, cranberries, onion, pepper and salt. Let it boil and turn off heat.

    4. Pour the mixture into the oven dish, top with the crust and bake 5 minutes. Continue baking until the mixture is bubbly and puff pastry is dark-golden brown.

    Chicken Veggie Bake

    Baked Chicken Recipe

    Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

    Cook Time: 25 Minutes

    Serving: 4

    Ingredients:

    1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

    5 cups cooked boneless chicken, chopped

    1 cup whole kernel corn, drained

    1 cup mayonnaise

    1/4 cup sour cream

    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

    1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

    1 cup seasoned dry breadcrumbs

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

    2. While oven is heating up; blend together the soup, chicken, corn, mayonnaise, sour cream and Parmesan cheese.

    3. Line baking dish with foil and spread mixture on the bottom of dish; sprinkle over cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.

    4. Its baking time for the next 25 minutes.

    Baked Turkey &Asparagus
