    In the 1980s, when people are reported missing in between the US states of Nevada and California, especially in the area bordered by their three major cities of Las Vegas, Reno and Los Angeles, these souls are forgotten about and are lost for eternity.

    It had been proven, years earlier, that there are ten times more missing person cases here than in any other two adjoining states in America and was named, in a secret government report, as the Triangle of Lost Souls, but at that time, with the Vietnam War ending badly, more bad news was simply unthinkable. When people were reported missing they just became another statistic.

    That is until a very prominent politician, looking for his missing wife, recruits Benjamin Lennon, a private investigator. Previously a highly decorated detective, with twenty years service in the NYPD, to his superiors he was a hard man with a flawed persona and yet he was known to get results with his unorthodox and brilliant mind. An author of two books, Criminal Minds and Interrogation Techniques, he is expected to prove himself yet again.

    Faced with a Navajo, racist chief of police, fiercely opposed to a white man’s interference, the Las Vegas Mafia, a Mexican drug cartel, a wealthy sexual predator and a psychopathic serial killer, he finds this his most dangerous and disturbing, if not impossible, case to find answers to and time is running out.
