    Chunky Meat and Vegetable Soup

    This delicious soup includes many vitamins and protein for a healthy lunch. You should make it in less time and enjoy a real taste of rich nutritious soup. I love this healthy soup when I invite my friends for shopping.

    Recipe:

    Serve: 2

    Preparation: 30 minutes

    Ingredients:

      1 lbs. Ground beef;

      2 garlic cloves, diced

      1 onion, chopped

      1 celery stalks, finely chopped

      1 sweet potato, sliced or chunks

      2 carrots, peeled and sliced

      2 cups beef broth

      2 tomatoes, chopped

      3 bell peppers, finely chopped

      2 tablespoon tomato paste

      Half teaspoon chili powder

      Pinch of ground oregano

      Pinch of Sea Salt

      Pinch of black pepper

    Instructions:

      On medium heat, Cook the meat with the garlic, onion, and celery in a fry pan.

      Add all the ingredients in it and mix them.

      Taste it and add salt or pepper if needed.

      Then cover and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes and serve.
