About this ebook

What happens when the devil decides to drop in on Blessed, Tx.? Good people go bad, beaches become polluted and objects fall from the heavens. Oh and Blessed, becomes the Devils Dump. Lucifer himself decides that he wants to take the town of Blessed, Tx away from God and will do everything he can to accomplish that. God doesn't want to give up the town of Blessed and he gathers his own army to save it.
There is only one thing that will bring a victory to God's army; faith, prayer and their willingness to fight 'with' the angels to defeat Satan and his followers.
So a small band of Christians join together to defeat the devil and his plan to devastate their town. Seven women in town give birth at the same time to twins and it is foretold by the angels that a 'child will lead them.' Nowhere however are they promised a victory over evil.
This story has elements of Stephen King, Peter Straub and other horror writers but also of Frank Peretti with a Christian perspective.
Angels VS Demons with humans thrown in. You have read the story a dozen time if you like the supernatural genre but never like this and never with characters like the James family who pull you in and have you cheering for them, crying for them and hoping for them.

I love to read. I love to write even more. I love the horror / mystery / supernatural genre and if you can tell it from a Christian perspective all the better. My tastes have changed over the years but Stephen King, Peter Straub and Frank Peretti were and are my favorites and my inspirations. The joint effort between King and Straub on The Talisman was awesome and Peretti’s This Present Darkness was the first Christian horror book I ever read. I have added Iris Johansen to my favorite author list too because I fell in love with Eve Duncan ... you just have to love a mother searching for her dead daughter! I guess since I like reading the supernatural it is only fitting that I found I love writing about the supernatural also. I have been a small town girl most of my life but a brief stay in Texas became the inspiration for the town I call Devils Dump.
