    This is the story of a man who lost his life totally after being falsely accused of a murder that he didn’t commit He tells it as He lived it, Telling His story on His way to the Electric Chair to a reporter Who is going to write a book about this man’s life. This is a story that had come about from a poem that I wrote titled Staring out across the Bay. In my first Poetry Book behind the Waterfall and More. The only thing that is true is the number of Prisoner’s that was transferred from Alcatraz when it closed. There were 26 documented Prisoners and 1 that wasn’t documented. That became my character. I hope that you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed writing it.

    I was born and raised in Brooklyn N.Y. 10/23/1945 I went to High School in Manhattan, N.Y. where I hung out in Greenwich Village after school. I started writing poetry in The Café’s Wha and the Bizarre both were on Bleeker Street. I have been married twice. I had stopped writing. I started to write again after one of my Brothers Alex Olson passed away soon after He turned 50. I wrote a poem for him and never stopped writing ever since. My first book was a book of poetry titled Behind the Waterfall And More. My second book of Poetry was titled Pot-pourri of Poetry. My third book was a children’s book Titled Wild Child and Annie. This is my first Novel It came from a poem in my first book. Wild Child And Annie came about from two poems also in my first book. I now reside in Mannington, W.V. with my second wife. We have been married 35 years.
