About this ebook
An unapologetic, and often politically incorrect, memoir of policing. The author worked Patrol, Narcotics, Criminal Investigations, and Professional Standards (Internal Affairs) during his 22-year career. From the calls that cops respond to, to the people they deal with, and their thought processes while interacting with the public, Twenty clearly reflects how the job they do affects their personal lives. From drinking and philandering, to tremendous acts of courage to shameful cowardice, this book shows cops on-duty and off, how supervision and management treat them ,and how they interact with each other.
