Helpful. I love the theme that creative work is about habits and having a daily routine. I've always been drawn to discussions of the work itself that address this reality.

Nice set of inspirational stories includes writers, painters, scientists, and composers. The cartoon tales are built around quotes from the subjects and are pretty effective. They are followed by a page or two of biography. The author adds his own tips at the end, and they are on point.
