The worst thing you can do is to expect that your life will be the same after being diagnosed with a chronic illness. Your life will be different, and the quicker you accept this, the better.
Instead of trying to do what you did over and over and frustrating yourself because you cannot do as much as you used to, take some of the concrete steps outlined in this e-book to reorganize your life so that you can live the best life, despite your chronic illness.
Your life isn’t over if you have a chronic illness. However, how you used to do things must necessarily be over. You cannot live your life vicariously in the past. Instead, you have to embrace your limitations, accept them, and build a life for yourself that is empowering and enlightening. This can be done!
