      David's just returned from back surgery after an accident where a drunk driver had blindsided him, new scars etched across his back that he's still slightly afraid of showing. Nathan had met him at the airport with a worried look and an unshaven face that scratched David when he leaned in to kiss him. They haven't stopped kissing since they returned, Nathan kissing him awake that morning, kissing him when he made David breakfast, kissing him just after he'd brushed his teeth and laughed when David ended up with blobs of shaving cream on his face.

      I missed you too. David replies truthfully, ending the email with and now I'm going to go fuck and sending it into the void. I missed your smile, and your eyes, and your hands, and your mouth, and your cock. He reaches behind him to stroke Nathan's hair.
