If you are looking for overnight weight loss program then you can use this book as helping guide, but I don’t think you should have this book, instead you should look for some other overnight success programs, and most of the time results don’t last after you done with those expensive programs. This book is for those people who are determined to lose their weight, not overnight, but by adopting a lifestyle that will remain with them throughout the life. If you are willing to adopt healthy lifestyle and willing to apply this knowledge in your life, only then you should have this book, otherwise you would be only taking up space in your head by reading this book if you don’t apply it in real life.

verybody has the ability to lose weight and have a healthy lifestyle. Either you are 500 pounds and want to lose weight or you just want to stay healthier than you are, and looking for healthy lifestyle ideas that can work for you in your lifetime and you can see yourself transforming into a healthier person, this book will help you to achieve that healthy lifestyle. Now you probably want to know how I know about weight loss and what my qualifications is, first of all, let me say a word or two that who is qualified to give weight loss advice on this planet.
Every individual who has healthy lifestyle can give advice on how to be healthy bases on their personal experience and person who have lost weight and helped others to lose weight can also give advice and share his/her knowledge on how to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle. And my journey begins with both of them. I used to be always healthy, but at some point when life hits me with its tough time and I dislocated my shoulder, I haven't been out of my house for 2 months and as you know always sitting on the sofa and keeping my shoulder in the straight position wasn’t very easy or pleasant.
But I was doing my best to give shoulder as my highest priority in terms of health at that moment, and after 2 months my strap was open and was able to walk without the strap on my shoulder, but I have been advised not to do anything with that arm until I fully gain my strength again and you know when you are fit all your life, you still have the feeling of normality and body have lots of energy to work out even when you are injured, so did I. I went to hit workout and as I lifted some weights I injured myself again and this was the most painful time I had. I immediately went to the hospital and explained everything what had happened, doctor straight away put me on strap and made appointment for further check-up. And I was again on strap for 2 months and I was feeling that I am stuck with this strap and this I been careful and promised myself no matter what I am not going to do anything at all until my shoulder is A1 again.
So, I spent more than 1 year without workout or running and you can imagine my weight goes up and my belly came out and I felt like the fattest person in the whole planet. And as you know my priority is and was always to keep my shoulder fit and to be honest at the same time I wanted to stay fit and healthy, but not at the cost of shoulder because I can’t afford any more injuries on my shoulder So I begin to find so many ways to lose my weight and after I been applying each of them I wrote them down some of the things that worked for me and some doesn’t. Remember my aim was to have a lifestyle that can change my weight to normal, which is 80kg at the moment when I am writing this book.
All the habits that I have included in this book is based on my personal experience how I have lost my weight and maintain my healthy body. Please do not take it as a medical advice and it isn't.
You can test out each habit and see which work for you best and keep that in your lifestyle and others which doesn’t resonate with you can easily discard them, but I am pretty sure that these habits are very simple and all of them are easy to adopt in your lifestyle. After all, you are reading this book because you want results in your life and you want to keep that results, if results doesn’t last then why bothering doing those actions again and again. And I have tried lots and lots of different ideas, but these are the one that works for me and helped me stay healthy and fit.
