    Jock Nebula, the Chief Judge and Chief of Security, is the number four man in all the kingdom of Solaria. With the help of the greatest scientists in the solar system, he has designed and built the ultimate weapon so powerful it can destroy a whole galaxy.
    Each of the children of the king, a brother and two sisters, wants to control the weapon, and thus consolidate power in the universe. However, according to their laws and the constitution, only Jock, as head of all armies and forces on all planets and moons in the solar system, has the prime authority over the weapon and how it is used.
