    Smoking is a powerful addiction. It probably is the most powerful addiction there is, even more addictive than cocaine. This is why it is very difficult to quit smoking. It is why many who try to quit smoking cold turkey fail.

    I used to smoke! I successfully quit smoking. I have written this book in line with my personal experience of how I quit smoking. I am not a doctor, nor graduated in any medical profession, nor have I researched this subject. I am an ex-smoker like you, who struggled with his addiction and fought to quit. And I won!

    I know a few people who quit on impulse and have succeeded but most of them were motivated by medical reasons. For me,
