The Quit Plan is a four step process.The Quit Plan is a journey that can be as long as you wish. Which means that you will not quit smoking on day 1, but slowly after a process and as part of your plan.
It has worked for me and my friends and it can work for you. The Quit Plan makes quitting smoking easy.

Darryl Grima was a smoker for many years. Whilst knowledgable of the impact of smoking on health he could not quit smoking. Then he developed a way to play around his own addiction and gradually quit smoking completely. Quitting became easy. He shared his experience with his friends, which then led to the creation of this book.

Smoking is a powerful addiction. It probably is the most powerful addiction there is, even more addictive than cocaine. This is why it is very difficult to quit smoking. It is why many who try to quit smoking cold turkey fail.
I used to smoke! I successfully quit smoking. I have written this book in line with my personal experience of how I quit smoking. I am not a doctor, nor graduated in any medical profession, nor have I researched this subject. I am an ex-smoker like you, who struggled with his addiction and fought to quit. And I won!
