Drawing from the wisdom of The Serenity Prayer and the concepts of world-renowned psychiatrist Dr. William Glasser, Judith has crafted a simple process anyone can use to find sanity and make peace with what's crazy in their life and world.
By the end of this book you'll have the tools to create your own Personal Staying Sane Plan so that when in doubt you choose love and light.
Judith Ashley
Judith, in her real life, has been a part of sacred women’s circles for over twenty years and knows first-hand how important spirituality is when dealing with life’s challenges. Her imagination has always been active and through books she’s been a princess rescued from the tower by the handsome knight, a missionary in India, explorer in the Amazon jungle, a priestess of the Goddess, and a nun to name a few. She’s lived with people from all walks of life including different tribes of indigenous people on five continents in tents, wood cabins, igloos, castles, mansions, high-rise apartments, penthouses, dungeons, basements, and cottages. Then one day in Judith’s real life, the stories that make up The Sacred Women’s Circle series flooded through her in daydreams, lucid dreams, and conversations so real at times she wondered about her sanity. It was a compelling experience! An experience that was a catalyst to starting her journey to tell these stories and see them published. Judith’s prayer for you: Each and every day of your life may you find joy, may you see beauty, may you experience wonder, and may you know you are unconditionally loved.

This is a short book but packed with good information about focusing on what you can and can't control. It provides a way for you to develop your own plan to keep you going every day. It is rare for me to read non-fiction. When I was offered to read this book I didn't know what to expect. It did sound interesting. I know how crazy the world can be and sometimes saying sane is really difficult. So, I wanted to know what is author's take on the issue. It did not disappoint me. Everything is logical and it does work. Unconsciously that's exactly what I've been doing, I just didn't know there was a method to it all. Yes, I can personally attest that this approach works. It's all here you just need to follow the plan and maybe then you will find a little balance in life. Best thing is that it's for everyone. It doesn't matter what your believes are you can make it your own. Do it your way because there are no absolute rights or wrongs here just our own perception of the world we live in.

This is one great book. Those days when your mind is spinning and you are going in circles this is a book that helps guide you to finding what you need to learn to get a handle on it. Easy to understand and follow. I enjoyed it and will be reading it again. I really like a fun, but informative book.

This book was birthed out of the author dealing with her staying sane when her world was chaotic and crazy. The purpose of the book was give information that anyone has capacity to stay sane if they have a plan. Judith lays out in great detail the components required in developing one’s personal plan. Judith is saying, look people, I had a time when my world was rocked and turned upside down. Based on my training and working in social services, in addition to my years of being a facuity member of the William Glasser Institute, I developed a plan that brought sanity to my crazy world. Here it is, use it to bring sanity to your crazy world.
— Richard Sharp, CTRCT
"This is a very easy to read how to book. I love that the author keeps it simple and uses or offers some realistic measures to make it happen. Great tools for success. Author also doesn't pretend to have all of the answers but merely offers some assistance to real life occurrences.
My first read of this type from this author and finding it useful is a plus." —Teri, Goodreads Reviewer
