    I'm just a man called to serve God in his own way and that's by bringing attention to the spiritual war and natural health. I grew up in North Dakota and I served in the USAF for five years. I have two grown children and eight grandchildren and live with my wife and three cats on a ranch in Eastern WA.     Introduction

    One of the questions I’ve always had since I became a born-again believer in Jesus Christ is What are demons and where did they come from? I think most believers have wondered about this and why Jesus was always doing battle with them.

    I always assumed that demons were the fallen angels who went down with Lucifer when he rebelled against God. After doing my own research into the subject I found out that demons are not fallen angels but rather the disembodied spirits of the Nephilim, the children of another class of angels called the Watchers who had relations with human females.

    These angels are also called The Sons of God which represent the angels who were given the charge of watching over mankind, only helping when absolutely needed. They are described briefly in Genesis 6:2 The sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful and they took wives for themselves whomever they choose.

    When these angels did this they acted against the will of God and knew that it would not end well for them. This is where Enoch comes into the picture. The book of Enoch was in the Bible for a long time until it was removed around the 4th century A.D. The reasons for its removal are varied but it’s primarily because historians haven’t found a complete version in Hebrew, although that doesn’t mean one doesn’t exist. It is still considered canon in the Ethiopian and Eritrean Orthodox churches but no others that I can find. However, most Christian scholars use it as a reference to figure out the mysteries of other biblical text.
