- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This is a history of Christian theology, that appears to be very readable. In truth, I have not really read through the whole book which I checked out of a local library. I had checked out too many books, and laid this one aside, and only did a broad brush through it. I want to get it again, maybe even own it, so I am writing this review note, to indicate my desire. I am writing this from the perspective of someone who is not Evangelical, but I believe I want to respect something that is substantially unbiased. And it is pretty well-written.
