Why I Wrote This Book
I wrote this book for anyone with a burning desire to start running. The compilation of 26 reasons why beginning runners fail will hopefully steer you clear of common avoidable running mistakes. If I can help at least one person avert injury and pursue a hobby of running, then all the time put into this book will be worthwhile.
I designed this book for anyone with a desire to take up running to get in shape, to race competitively, or just to change up their exercise routine. This book is not intended to be a guide for experienced runners. However, there might very well be something that the experienced runner might learn from it.
I do hope this book keeps you running safe and injury free for years to come. The best of luck to you on your running path to success.
