    Richard Haight founded the Beingness Institute for the purpose of helping humanity find harmony as we move into a new phase of consciousness on Earth. He spent 15 years living in Japan studying the ancient martial and healing arts receiving masters licenses in a number of traditional arts. Along the process of training, Richard had a number of visions that directed him inward to find the sublime silence that humanity is on the verge of discovering. Inspired by these profound visionary experiences, Richard developed an art that greatly speeds up the process of spiritual unfoldment, so that many may join him in the functional realization of inner harmony. Can you imagine what it would be like to have a quiet mind, free of the turbulence of thought and emotion? Can you imagine what it would be like to feel vastly connected to all that is in every moment of your life, to be able to serve through unconditioned love at any moment? Richard calls this process of realization shinkaido, which translates as "heart open path." Shinkaido is a precise path to enlightenment that immediately and profoundly impacts one's daily life. There are three core aspects of this training. First is the process of tuning to consciousness through meditation. Second is the observation of mind through daily life. Third is the training of the body to remove disharmonious patterns. When all three of these aspects are mastered, one finds a totally functional and harmonious silence through one's daily life. This is true mastery. Richard has been teaching meditation, therapy, and spiritual unfoldment for more than 10 years, beginning at his clinic in Japan in 2005. He now teaches in the Rogue Valley of southern Oregon.
