In this book, we are going to discuss why conflict models don’t work when the problem is bullying or harassment. You know the old saying? If all you have is a hammer every problem looks like a nail.
Well, conflict resolution only works when you are dealing with a conflict, you shouldn’t use it for every interpersonal problem that arises. Different problems require different techniques to resolve.
