    Miguel D'Addario is Italian, was born in Buenos Aires.

    Degree in Journalism, Master in Social Education, Master in Sociology and Doctorate in Social Communication from the Complutense University of Madrid. He has developed his experience in various fields of teaching, from Vocational Training to the University level, both in Latin America and Europe.

    He is also an industrial engineer (UNC), a senior technician in industrial equipment, maintenance, and management. And instructor of AutoCAD, 3D, and modeling. He has published a hundred books, mostly educational technicians for all levels.

    His books are in different centers of studies and libraries of the world, such as the University San Pablo of Peru, University of Santo Domingo the Dominican Republic, University of San Gregorio of Ecuador, University of Valencia, National Library of Spain, National Library of Argentina, University of Texas, University of Toronto, University of Deusto, University of Illinois, University of Kansas, Community of Madrid Libraries, Castilla y León, Andalusia, and Basque Country, British National Library, Harvard University, Library of the Congress of the United States.

    ✓  Coach: It is the one that helps the coachee to become an observer different from himself and his environment and to detect the obstacles and limitations that interfere with the realization of the expected results.

    ✓  Coachee: The person who has decided to require the services of a coach to help him focus on a critical moment in his life, relating to his professional career and/or his personal evolution.

    ✓  Maieutics: From the Greek maieutiké (art of midwives, art of helping to procreate). Maieutics is the philosophical method of research and teaching proposed by Socrates. It consists essentially in using dialogue to reach knowledge.

    ✓  Socrates: Greek philosopher, he is considered one of the greatest of both Western and universal philosophy. Precursor of Plato and Aristotle, fundamental representatives of all Greek philosophy. Proposed Maieutics.

    ✓  Assertiveness: It derives from the assertive word, from assertion. It comes from the Latin assertus and means Affirmation of the certainty of a thing, it is related to the firmness and the certainty. An assertive person is one who affirms with certainty.

    ✓  NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming): It is the study of our mental models, facilitating the knowledge of the process of symbolization of information and optimizing our communication capacity. Through it, we acquire an awareness of the language and the importance of its good living use. Leaving aside the imposed limitations and thus obtain success in our objectives.

    ✓  Wheel of Life: The wheel of life is a graphic representation where you value your current situation in the different areas of your life, from friendship, health, work, leisure, etc. Each plot is scored from 0 to 10 and then compared with the optimal situation. Although simple, it is a powerful tool to realize what value we give to each of the areas of our lives and in which we would like to improve.

    Introduction to coaching

    • From English

    In its adaptation to the English language to coach, this word means to train. In the business and personal environment, it is known as coaching the interactive and transparent process by which the coach or coach and the person or group involved in the process seek the most effective way to achieve the objectives set using their own resources and skills.
