- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I did not realize this was a spiritually based book when I purchased it. I like it none the less.
It was suggested among a group of special needs moms with weekly meet ups about the book. It's an easy and quick read. We're doing just a chapter a week.
I like it so well I've asked my teen to read it for her anxiety and depression. Within the first couple pages she already identified and wanted to continue. Proud mom moment since she was so reluctant to give it a chance. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Now I fully understand why there are several moments that I am really anxious about things. This book is just a summary but it helped me a lot. I am in the point of my life where I always forget to seek for God's help. I have been arrogant in trying to resolve all my problems by myself and I made myself miserable throughout the process. And now, this book has changed my perspective in life. It brought me closer to God and I will always keep the words in my heart. I will recommend this to the anxious people I know because I believe in what this book provides its readers.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A great read for anyone going through a struggle and in need of hope. You should be able to complete title in a few sittings and come away with more encouragement and hope that is found only in Jesus.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Enjoyed reading this book. Lots of nuggets of wisdom and will keep referring to it for a long time.
