Live the Better You Now!
At some point in your life you may have asked yourself, How did my life get like this?
I asked myself that question. I had an eating disorder for five-and-a-half years. I said to myself, How could this have happened to me?
I was hurt by some of the circumstances in my life. I was sad and crying every day. I didn't know what to do. I didn’t know how I could be happy again. As time progressed, I started to think negative thoughts about my food and water.
Sometimes, in the five and a half years of my eating disorder, I would not eat any food nor drink anything from time-to-time. I ate very small portions of food when I did eat and drank little amounts of liquids. I was always dehydrated, severely constipated.
Despite what I was suffering day and night, I was sure that I would be well again. I didn't allow myself to think that I would not be healthy, happy and living a better life the way that I want to again. I kept this certainty no matter how weak I got, nor no matter how much pain I was feeling.
