- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I thoroughly enjoyed all the time with this book. This is an absolutely brilliant book.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5The book embodies the lessons I learned by experience only, and provides the background of 'why,' along some very good story telling and comparisons.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5When I first discovered Simon Sinek on YouTube it was exactly what I needed to hear. The corporate world is truly a jungle and you feel more like a number than a person. Finding happiness and satisfaction at work is a balancing act. I found this book to be relevant to my job on a daily basis and trying to create a trusted environment for my staff is a challenge when others do not share the same concept. Creating my team's circle of safety is a great place to start. This is an excellent book. If you are interested in being a better leader it is worth buying.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Describes the important and uncommon traits of leadership very well in my opinion. Good knowledge that’ll come in useful. Leaders eat last :)
