About this ebook

Every love story deserves its own tragedy. That which makes it worth all the work and

effort put forth to make it click. And in the background of every love is a lust for

more...power, intimacy....something that always keeps the need flowing between the

two....or three, in some stories.

When secrets swirl around you and lick the nape of your neck, like unexpected snow

flurries in the middle of Fall, you sometimes think it’s just your imagination. But you

should never ignore your intuition...doing so could kill you, or at best stymie your belief

in your own ability to care for what matters most, you.

Now I can tell you about Sissen and Ezekial. When you first meet them, they almost seem to

be the background for another more interesting and enticing tale, but things are never

really what they seem.

You have to be patient, because love grows....as do other things that we nurture in the

middle of the night when no one is looking.

This is a continuation in a series of stories that explore the evolution and progression of a

species of beings that are genetically wolves, yet through metamorphosis are able to co-

exist with, and amongst, human beings.

This specific tale, A Human Story, is distinctly different in this collection, in that the

two main protagonists are human, which is in stark contrast to the other stories, in which

at least one of the lead characters is 'WOLF'.

The two main characters are Sissen and Ezekial. These characters are intimately

involved in the lives of wolves, although one of these parties is completely oblivious to

this fact.

The title of the story is such because the afflictions explored in this tale, as well as their

genetic make-up, cause this to be distinctly and uniquely a tale of the human experience.

See you soon.

Enjoy.

Who is Stella Jones???A child of God. A woman. A Mom. A Wife. A sister. A friend. A Citizen.Someone who didn’t realize that she’d buried her dreams, until the muck of her life drovethem out of the deep damp dirt beneath her. Not that life was bleak; on the contrary, Iaccomplished many great things in a relatively short period of time. But when you arefocused on goals, rather that passion, eventually you hit a brick wall. And some maychip away at that wall, or hide behind it, or hide from life by using drugs, sex, work oravoidance, in order to silence that long ago thought that you never realized was a calling. So, when I hit that wall, hard enough to psychically break my neck, I did what I had donefrom the time I was young, I punished myself because of my perceived failure. And inthat punishment, my deepest thoughts and creativity started to talk to me in the middle ofthe night. And that voice was so loud that I could not focus on anything else until I juststarted writing.....just trying to get peace.Where are these thoughts coming from?? What do they want from me?? How can I getthem to stop...because they’re preventing me from living!!!! Ha Ha Ha. So finally, I juststarted typing and I realized that the more I typed, even though I was horrified by howhorrible those first words were; I could finally sleep....breathe....eat.And those thoughts kept coming...and I kept writing. So here we are and whether no one gets it or enjoys it but me, I have gained such reliefand joy in the process and the characters, and this world that was living in my head. Nowonder I couldn’t sleep!!!Thanks for listening....and reading!!!Stay tuned.... there’s so much more.Stella JonesMay 7, 2018
