    Introduction

Behind every Elevation is an Elevator. Behind every Success story there is a Success Factor. Behind every Miracle there is an Anointing. In the kingdom of God, you must discover the key that opens your door. I have discovered one thing that is behind every Elevation story in God and that is what I call the Grace Factor .

There are so many theological definitions of the concept of grace but simply put grace is unconditional help from above.

One day John the Baptist was having a conversation with his disciples and they said to John, Look, Rabbi, the One who was with you beyond the Jordan, whom you testified about—He is baptizing, and everyone is going to Him. (John 3:26).

In other words, the man you introduced into ministry is doing better than you. The pastor that you trained has started a bible school and many students are attending. The woman that use to learn how to design cloths from you is now designing cloths for the elite in the society.

John’s disciples are not bad people, they were rather shocked that Jesus just came into the system and he is already making big waves. We all sometimes wonder how some people seems to move up in life so fast?

John responded with a powerful revelation. John’s answer is what I call the Grace Factor. This is what john said, No one can receive anything unless God gives it from heaven (John 3:27)

John was saying, if you see any one moving up in life it means heaven is pulling that person up. The chord that pulls is called the Grace Factor. It is this supernatural ability that brings about Elevation.

I am very honored and excited to share the content of this book with you. By the Grace Factor on my life, I have ministered to so many people around the world through my media ministry but this year I am overjoyed to share God’s word with you through my print ministry. Experiencing the Grace Factor for divine lifting is my first book. I believe this book will not only inspire you, but it will bring Elevation into every area of your life.

    Chapter 1

    The Grace Factor

To further understand and appreciate the grace factor let me show you how it affected the lives of the following people in the Bible. God is the Grace giver. David was a Grace receiver.

    David said,

Blessed is the one whose sin the LORD does not count against them

    PSALM 32:2A

    1.  The grace factor gives a person a clean sheet before God.

The heaviest weight any person can carry in life is not body weight but the weight of the guilt and shame of past sins. Most people are walking around carrying years and years of guilt. Guilt from past mistakes, guilt and shame from past abortions, infidelity and all kinds of painful past that they are not able to tell anyone. When the sins of our past are not taken away from us it can affect our ability to love and live a fulfilling life. Some people are under constant mental condemnation due to their past failures and mistakes. The devil will always use your past to enslave you but thank God for the grace factor. David said the grace factor gives a person a clean slate. There is no sin that God’s grace cannot wash away. David understood and appreciated God’s grace because his story was very disgraceful, but God removed his shame and showed him Grace.

I don’t know what cloud of condemnation you are locked under, but a supernatural Grace Factor is coming on you to set you free. Any voice that speaks condemnation to you in your mind will be muted because of the Grace Factor. Receive the grace of God and recover from any low self-esteem in Jesus name! I want you to keep speaking these words over your life any time you feel the spirit of condemnation trying to overcome you.

I am forgiven, I am accepted, I am not condemned, I am redeemed, I appreciate the Grace Factor, and I refuse to pay attention to any voice of condemnation. My sins are forgiven, I am blessed because God has not counted my sins against me. I stand in the finished work of Christ.

    2.  The Grace Factor gives a person a second chance

Then Jesus straightened up and asked her, Woman, where are your accusers? Has no one condemned you? No one, Lord. she answered. Neither do I condemn you. Jesus declared. Now go and sin no more.

    JOHN 8:10-11

The Grace Factor will silence your accusers. The Bible talks about a woman was caught in the act of adultery and was brought to Jesus by the religious leaders for approval to stone her to death based on the Law of Moses. The Bible said they were using the woman to trap Jesus to violate the law, so they can accuse him.

It is very sad but the most unsafe place to find yourself is in the hands of church people. Most people have had bitter experiences with so called Christians and even some men of God. But don’t be discourage because Grace always win. So, the Bible says Jesus told them to get ready and stone her but the person to throw the first stone must be the person who has obeyed all the laws. They all left one after the other and the woman was left alone with Jesus. When grace speaks for you no one can touch you! Jesus gave the woman another chance. The Grace Factor will give you another chance. It does not matter what you did or what they said you did, don’t allow it to stop you from seeking the Lord. When you fall the Grace Factor will lift you up. When you sin, it is not the end of your life there is Grace for a comeback in Jesus name!

    3.  The grace factor gives a person Divine make over

A crowd soon gathered around Jesus, and they saw the man who had been possessed by the legion of demons. He was sitting there fully clothed and perfectly sane, and they were all afraid. (Mark 5:15)

One of the most interesting pictures to see is the before and after pictures of a person who has lost so much weight. It is so amazing that people start to congratulate the person. In the verse above we encounter the greatest before and after picture of a man from a township called Gerasenes. His before picture was a life of demonic enslavement. According to the story this man had about 3000 to 6000 demons inflicting his life. Every disorder was seen in him. The man was mentally, psychologically and emotionally damaged. The Bible says, Day and night he wandered among the burial caves and in the hills, howling and cutting himself with sharp stones (Mark 5:5).

His family had given up on him and it was not a coincidence that he was living in the cemetery. Deep within him he desired death rather than a life of being totally controlled by evil and wicked spirits. So, he made the burial cave his home. Have you come to a place where you don’t see any reason to live again? Hold on my dear, I hear the foot step of a man called Jesus coming into your situation. It is not over. The Grace Giver will give you the Grace Factor.

So, the Bible said Jesus came to Gerasenes. When Jesus comes to your town it means God is about to visit you. Within few minutes Grace started the makeover work on this man and the Bible recounts how a new cloth and a new mind was given to him. Hallelujah! The towns people came so fast to see the new picture of the that same man. They could not believe it. The Grace Factor will do something in your life this season your own friends will not believe it. This book is for the rejected. This book is for the alcoholic Dad that his kids are so disappointed in. This book if for the single mother who is rejected by her church because your baby was born out of wedlock. Your image is about to change because of the Grace Factor.

    4.  The grace factor gives a person change of address

Now a man who was lame from birth was being carried to the temple gate called Beautiful, where he was put every day to beg from those going into the temple courts.

    ACTS 3:2

In the real estate world, the price of your house depends on the location. Your location in life determines your honor and privileges. Kings are found in palaces not in prisons. Sometimes life can keep you in a location for a very long time because of a limitation on your life. Some painful addresses in life are chronic sickness, poverty, bareness etc. In the verse above we come across a man in a painful location. He was sitting by a gate called Beautiful, but he couldn’t enter that gate because
