The prayers in this collection were gathered and organized according to the traditional recitations before and after Mahayana teachings. The sequence of prayers is arranged according to the instructions of Lama Zopa Rinpoche. It includes Praise to Shakyamuni Buddha, the Heart of the Perfection of Wisdom Sutra, Prayer to the Lion-Faced Dakini, The Foundation of All Good Qualities, Abbreviated Request to the Lineage Gurus, Mandala Offerings, Dedication Prayers as well as long life prayers to His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Lama Zopa Rinpoche.

When, supreme among humans, you were born on this earth,
You paced out seven strides,
Then said, I am supreme in this world.

With pure bodies, form supremely pure;
Wisdom ocean, like a golden mountain;
Fame that blazes in the three worlds,

The purity that frees one from attachment,

Those who are liberated and who also show the path to liberation,
