      Simple to understand, to the point and uncomplicated. Great summary there

      Over a 40 year period I have been diagnosed with four 'autoimmune' diseases- mono, Epstein-Barr, chronic fatigue, and finally mixed connective tissue disease. I started on thyroid medication that made me feel slightly better. But it wasn't until I discovered Anthony William, completely changed what I eat/don't eat, and added vitamins/supplements that I finally found relief. I had foot pain for 5 years, and NO doctor/ PT, ortho could tell me why. Through this work I learned the pain was viruses in my feet. Now I feel better than I have in 30 years. I have more energy and no more brain fog. I couldn't ride a bicycle for years because the pain in my feet was so bad, now I can ride 20-30 miles. I know what the triggers are for me, and I continually adjust what I'm doing to feel even better than I do now. I am eternally grateful for Anthony's work and I tell as many people as will stand still long enough to listen to me. Thank you, Anthony.

      Warning: I don't have thyroid so I really don't know how effective this is HOWEVER the strategies mentioned seemed really legit and great general knowledge for a book worm like me!

      This book is a must read for EVERYONE suffering with any illness because of the EB Virus connection which I knew nothing about until I read this book.
