The reality is you can create a better life if you are intentional about it, and this doesn’t have anything to do with what is happening outside of you.
Taking the holistic approach is the best way to take control of your health. This approach takes into account the complete person; your physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. You can best improve your overall well-being by integrating all aspects of your being; not just by eating right and getting exercise. It's not just your physical body that needs addressing. Your mind needs stimulation; you need social interaction and long-term, healthy relationships. You need to nurture your spiritual side.

It’s no secret a healthy lifestyle is beneficial for everyone. Creating a positive mental state, making healthy food choices, and engaging in regular physical activities are all factors that contribute to your overall well-being.
When you maintain a balanced lifestyle, which includes a healthy body, mind (soul) and spirit, you’ll be pleased to know the external stuff – all that stuff you can’t control – will have little effect on your happiness and success in life. When you are in good health, your body looks better and is better able to ward off disease and disorders. The reality is you can create a better life if you are intentional about it, and this doesn’t have anything to do with what is happening outside of you.

If you want to improve your overall health, you will have to make a long-term commitment to do whatever it takes to achieve that goal. You'll need to make lifestyle changes rather than just deciding to try a new diet for two weeks. Restricting foods or participating in a rigorous exercise regime for short periods of time will not produce the long-term benefits you desire. Although it seems to be a popular trend to try out the next new diet or be part of the next exercise craze,
these short bursts of diet and exercise changes don’t provide lasting health benefits. You will serve yourself much better by
