    Angela Lutin was born and raised in the Mississippi Delta where her family had been a part of the landscape for generations. From an early age, she realized that being a big fish in a very small pond was not the life for her. At twenty years old, she graduated college, packed all her belongings in the car and set off for a bigger pond. Married at twenty-four, she focused on her career and creating a life for a family that now included a husband and son. Fourteen years after she set off on her mission, she had an epiphany: this wasn t HER life. Angela dropped everything that didn't make sense and started following her own rules, the PLAY BIG principles. Two years later, she has empowered countless others to make sense of their own lives, becoming one of South Florida's most sought after fitness instructors and motivators. Angela also works diligently for women's empowerment, founding the organization Femme de Mille to inspire and lead other women. She is passionately involved in mentoring programs for teen girls. A role model for other single mothers, she promotes the importance of dedicated parenting above all else, and her popular website, angelalutin.com, makes people think and reflect on their own lives. Angela resides in Boca Raton, Florida with her son, Grayson and her two dogs, Duke and Carmen.     Angela Lutin was born and raised in the Mississippi Delta where her family had been a part of the landscape for generations. At twenty years old, she graduated college, packed all her belongings in the car and set off for a bigger pond. During her indoor cycling classes, she takes her riders an emotional journey every time she turns on her microphone and hops on a bike. The inspiration and motivation doesn’t stop when the lights come back on and the class ends. Angela works diligently for women’s empowerment through speaking engagements, workshops, and is also passionately involved in programs for teen girls. A role model for other single mothers, she promotes the importance of dedicated parenting above all else, and her popular website, angelalutin.com, makes people think and reflect on their own lives.

    The Universe will call; make sure you pick up the phone. It’s just as important to be interested as it is to be interesting. LOVE…everyone. You are what you eat. Become unmessable with. Don’t worry. Inspiration will come eventually. Continually ask yourself, What can I do? How can I serve? You are either an example or a warning. A sense of humor is sexy. Stay humble. Burn the bridges behind you. Leave no room for retreat.

    PLAY BIG.

    Music stirs the soul. Everyone counts. Write out your goals and let everyone know what they are. A few words of encouragement require very little effort but it means a great deal to someone else. Be a role model. It’s not personal. Blog. Find your moral compass and head north. Drink good champagne. You’re a nobody until you decide to be somebody. Show up. Drop what you know and let it go. It takes a village. Show gratitude for yours. Host a dinner party once a month. Now is the time! Stop obsessing. Accomplishments are dust collectors. Work, work, work….and then work more. People can smell a lack of authenticity. Compassion breaks down the toughest of walls. Reinvention is only a sunrise away. Dream wild, audacious dream and go after them. Come from a place of peaceful power. Ignore the critics. Slow down. Fake it ‘til you make it. Walk the talk. It all works out in the end. You are better than quitting. There is no finish line.
