About this ebook
Richard London
Using the principles that he developed in A Handbook for Life, Rich London refuses to let life's circumstances control him. Despite nine surgeries from an automobile accident, overcoming prostate cancer, and dealing with Parkinson's disease, Rich has a wonderful attitude about life. He is an accomplished business man, real estate investor, and entrepreneur as well as commercial pilot and third degree black belt. Most importantly, he enjoys life and the people around him. He currently conducts seminars to help others overcome obstacles in their lives and set goals to achieve happiness and success. Rich grew up in the Philadelphia area and currently lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife of 23 years. They have two children in college and enjoy life on a daily basis. As he says, “Life is a test. It’s a test of perseverance, a test of faith and a test of will. I’VE DECIDED TO PASS THE TEST.”

Acknowledgements
This book would not have been possible without the support and encouragement of others. I would like to acknowledge my wife Marianne, friends Vince Williams, Dr. Jerry Fishman, Maureen Ryan Griffin, and Chuck Robbins. A special thank you to Mike Salmen who taught me the true meaning of generosity. I’m also grateful for all of the life experiences, good and bad, that made me who I am today.
Preface
There are many great self help books and courses available today to guide you to wealth, happiness, and success. Many of them will work very well for you if you follow their advice. The problem is that typically they require more of an investment in your time and energy than most people are either willing to or able to provide. As a result, people read them and never apply them in their lives.
This book is different. A Handbook for Life maximizes your time and targets key areas to aid you in setting and achieving your goals. Its simple chapter exercises will begin to produce results for you the first day you apply them. Begin using this book today to stop reacting to life’s situations and to start living the happier, more fulfilling life you desire.
How Do I Get The Most Out Of This Book?
At the end of each chapter are two exercises. The first exercise can usually be done in five to fifteen minutes; the second is a follow-up that allows you to concentrate on a behavior or mindset for a day or more. To get the most out of this book, take the time to do the exercises and actually think about how they apply to your life. To make it
