    INTRODUCTION

This introduction is based on a simple notion that everything in life becomes addictive in nature. The repetitive process is almost a programmed action, which the body develops to make everything second natured or habitual. Once the body has learned to develop a reflex to stimulus, it keeps on doing it without any thought process. There is no thinking involved. The response to external stimulus is a conditioning process, which has been proven in many experiments. For example, bell ringing has been used to activate animal digestive juices for consequential feeding of food. No doubt now a days certain theme music can summon people to watch particular programs on television. Early morning light may get the cocks crowing. There is infinitely many other ways that start to affect organisms on this planet. The idea here is that the reaction or response is an unconscious reflex. Psychologists undoubtedly have many terms to identify this action. This book is not based on experimentation, but on observation and study. You must be aware that the messages in this book are based on the opinions of the author.

Even if you disagree with the opinion, you will be energized to check out the contents and seek out the facts available to you to reform your conclusions. Much of the facts discussed within this book have been obtained from current periodicals and digested within my mental computer. You get the cream of the crop.

The motive of this book is to enlighten you on the better options available to people to promote a better life in this world. You may never reach the ideal goal, but you’ll appreciate that everyone will be headed in the right direction. Of course, the last thing I want to do is to dictate a precise step-by-step pattern or agenda for anyone to follow. It is utterly impossible, unproductive, and against my beliefs, that one should be a slave of a master plan. I will merely discuss the basic principles of each subject or topic. After all, it is of vital importance that each individual formulate or initiate its own plan of action. The best plan is your own plan because it takes into account every personal idiosyncrasy.

Just imagine how good you can become, when a friend asks you what is new? If you have a new message or idea for your friend, it (he/she) will listen to your every word. It is a compliment for you to enlighten your friend; otherwise, the conversation will become boring. You owe it to yourself and your close associates to inform them with interesting thoughts. Organizing yourself and your thoughts does enhance your life because you are gaining knowledge, which can be expressed at the proper time.

Pushing the envelope or expanding your knowledge to be where you never have been before is the exciting mode of operation. You must find in this book, the thread that weaves through each page and chapter about going beyond the daily repetition and monotony which structures one’s life. God gave everyone the ability to think new ideas and new imaginations. Fulfilling your destiny is up to you. No one knows what it (he/she) is fully capable of doing unless it pursues the space beyond.

Just imagine how BAD you can become, when a friend asks you, "What is
