Introduction
…If I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.
John 12:32
The following voices on these pages have a direct connection to my being influenced by worship and spirit. They came to me during my moments of both quiet reflections with God and through my engagement with other believers of Christ. They represent not only the saints that I have encountered while exploring the human condition but also everyday people who choose to walk the Christian faith. This is a celebration and a focused proclamation! It is an endeavor to recognize who the Savior is in our lives and how our belief in Him can be transformative in our world.
There is no set way in which to perform these creative works. The prologue and epilogue can both be performed with an ensemble or as a creative solo piece. Just take a page from my personal actor’s manual and create the circumstances that cause each speech or scene to occur, explore how the speakers/voices might feel, and know the individuals that you are talking to. You may use them as stand alone pieces or you may wish to string each moment together with praise dancing or spirit filled songs inspired from the Gospel. However one decides to present them, I urge you all to take a moment to get into a quite place in order to usher in the Holy Spirit and pray. From this place, we can move toward honoring God who is the head of our lives, asking for forgiveness, thanking Him for all He has done, and lifting up the name of the ultimate instructor of the Word, our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ. It is my desire that this little book of praise and worship be a blessing to anyone who chooses to see, hear, and feel the messages.
It is also my hope that there will be non believers who experience LIFTED. I want them to feel compelled to seek out a new journey for their lives that will ultimately lead them into the joy of salvation through Christ. Enjoy the praise, experience the faith, and above all, continue to lift up the name of Jesus. Be blessed!

Prologue:
The Current
When we embrace the winds of a renewed mind and positive change during the turbulent
Moments of life’s trials, we grab hold of hope.
The energy of the day, that has the appearance of shadow and night, becomes the light on the path of becoming. Flowing into what is prayed for with eyes shut and hands lifted. The
