About this ebook
1996 was the worst year in avaiation history
I redesigned all aircraft in 1996
1997-today are the safest years in aviation history
My aircraft innovation that caused this crash reduction was submitted through the US Congress in early 1996.
14,000 people are alive today because of my invention that has only been in use for seven years
For all the crashes it's obviously prevented it's not installed in all of our aircraft today...

Aviator’s Prayer
Please, don’t let this aircraft fall apart.
Open letter to the 105th-205th Congress of the United States
Obsolete and dangerous wire splices within aircraft today in all manner of world aircraft are the subject of this text.
Aircraft wire splice redesign, installed in large U.S. commercial and all U.S. military aircraft after I delivered the proposal to the US Congress, is the subject of this text.
I personally delivered this aircraft improvement to the 105th US Congress at the Congress’s request, and after the congress’ public appeal for ways to reduce waste, fraud, and abuse.
I then made an appeal to congress to replace all crimp wire splices (CWS) on all machines in the military. Specifically and especially to remove crimp wire splices from all aircraft and all military equipment.
Which was done at my request in 1996 through congressman Bob Dole. Thank you, Senator.
I traveled to Washington, DC, to make the members of Congress aware of the problem that put people’s lives at risk.
I thought the congress would require aircraft of all nations to upgrade to the new way of installing wire splices. This is not the case and we are still using them in aircraft here in the U.S.
The emergency is still clear and present.
This is especially true in foreign aircraft.
The US Federal Government has not yet recognized me for my invention.
I hand-delivered the aircraft wire splice redesign to Senator Bob Dole at his Washington office in the US Congress in 1996, and the redesign was installed in all military aircraft and large commercial aircraft immediately and remains the industry standard in large commercial U.S. and military aircraft today.
I delivered this aircraft improvement as a stepping stone and to get my foot in the door as a platform for my other aircraft inventions.
I have not been recognized or credited for my innovation, so my other as of yet undisclosed inventions have not been able to garner the interest or attention of aircraft manufacturers and designers or other members of congress.
The method of splicing wires I delivered to Congress is the only way you can legally splice a wire on military and large commercial aircraft today. It is my method, and I delivered the exact copy of the instructions to Senator Bob Dole in 1996.
This type of airframe wire splice was not being used before I delivered it.
The US Government and Congress started using my airframe wire splice redesign as soon as I delivered it.
Plane crashes in the interim have decreased by an obvious number.
If you look at statistics on both sides of the date that my wire splices were installed in large commercial and military aircraft, the effects of my invention will become clear.
Aircraft that have been retrofitted with the new wire splices and aircraft that still have the old crimp wire splices installed are in the same category for measurement as reflected in the graphs on page 6.
As good as the numbers appear the actual crash statistics in aircraft that have been retrofitted are even lower than the graphic data indicates.
These statistics are being artificially inflated by smaller privately owned
