This book is written to honor the Holy Spirit: my teacher, my comforter, and my companion for more than three decades.

It is my sincere hope that these words will bring comfort to those who read as well, and healing to the deepest recesses of your hearts.

Preface

SpiritSpeak started out, initially, as the Bible says word upon word, line upon line until it literally became a ‘book’ in and of itself. Having been a writer all of my life, I knew that keeping all the little notes, pieces of paper and converting them into typed pages was important, whether it was ever published or not. Many of these ‘direct comments’ were not for me at all; but were given to me so that I could share them with specific others. Through these words, I have seen people freed from their bondages; comforted in their pains; given peace in their afflictions; and hope for a brighter tomorrow.

I began to ‘hear’ what the Spirit of the Lord spoke to my heart at the very young age of 19 years old. I had no doubt that it was Him; because I speak to myself in harsh, condemning tones. The ‘voice’ I heard inside my heart was soothing, peaceable and always uplifting. It always matched exactly with what the Bible itself says. This is because the Spirit of God will not deny Himself. He always confirms and verifies the Word of God. Having researched this at a young age, I had certainty that it was the Holy Spirit which indeed spoke to me; on various occasions and on a myriad of topics. Sometimes His comments were short and to the point, encompassing a ‘world view’ of sorts. Other times, His words pierced my own heart; as I was being taught how to become a better Christian in my behavior and attitude of heart. Every single word the Holy Spirit ever spoke to me, you will find contained within the pages of these books. Because of my vast archives of ‘comments’, I have chosen to place them into Volume I and Volume II.

It is my intent that those who read will find help for their own hurting hearts; insights into how to grow closer to God in the process; and comfort from the pain which comes inevitably from living in this world.

Acknowledgements

My acknowledgement has to be very diverse and varied, in that it has come through confirmation my entire Christian life. Whatever the Holy Spirit has spoken to my heart, as I have taken time to write down, there has come someone who has said the exact same thing to me. Usually when two people who do not know each other speak exactly the same thing to you, it is God trying to talk with you!! I personally believe that everyone hears the voice of God; whether it is the ‘still, small voice’; a ‘thundering noise’; or ‘the ‘voice of many waters’. These are all Biblical examples of God’s voice; and each of these has been heard by different members of my own family. I think God chooses to speak to each of us in the best way we can hear Him. I always spoke so harshly, cruelly and loudly to myself; that if God had come to me as a ‘thunderous noise’, it is very doubtful I would have ever known it was Him!! The ‘still, small voice’ has always been His method of speaking with me. My husband hears a ‘thunderous noise’, as he is quieter by nature and might not discern the difference in the voice of his own thoughts from the voice of the Spirit. My mother heard the ‘voice of many waters’, which awed me greatly. She was nearing death; and she actually saw the waters as well as heard them.

My point truly is that all of us as Christians are given the ability to hear from God. It is His Holy Spirit which teaches us the truth; which reveals the Word of God to us; who comforts us now that Jesus has gone to sit at the right hand of the Father. Come with me, through the pages of this book. Somewhere, you will find something directly meant for you, which will soothe all your fears and answer all your questions. Remember, God specializes in making dreams come true. I am living mine, so I know this is a fact!

Understanding

NATURE OF ANGELS

Angels have natures, just like humans do. The nature of angels is holy; while the nature of demons is evil. Although humans may know many diversified facets to their natures; angels each have predominately only one facet to their nature. Example: A Spirit of Peace is a supernatural being totally enshrouded in the peace of God. Demons as well are one-faceted. Example: a spirit of fear is totally consumed of fear. Therefore, each angel brings a different facet of the nature of My Holiness near unto a human being. Angels can only impart that which they have. Therefore, the list of spirits is indeed lengthy in My word because of this. Yet, you question why is it that I gave you classifications of all spirits; angelic and demonic, yet without specific names as with this one. This is because names reflect natures. In knowing the nature of a spirit, each different faceted angelic spirit can be dispatched and sent to your aide and delivery. Were you to be centered in specific names; it would be so time-consuming and mind-absorbing that you as a human being, could never get anything done! Even as human beings indeed reflect their nature in their names; so do angels reflect their names in their nature. This is paradoxical and somewhat disjointed to you; but this is all I am permitted to impart to you about these truths for now. When you are ready for more light on this subject, you will indeed receive more light. But for now, let this truly be enough. Angels explain the truth, but they do not teach it. This is the work of the Holy Spirit Himself. He will guide you into all truth; speaking what He hears from the Father. Angels draw people to Christ; but it is the Holy Spirit who convicts them of their sins. Angels minister; but it is the Holy Spirit who comforts. Angels may guide people; but it is the Holy Spirit who oversees all!! Angels do not compete against the Holy Spirit. They merely compliment Him!!

A facet is a function. Angels are delegated and assigned to specific responsibilities; each angel being one-faceted in its duties and nature. Whereas, the Holy Spirit is part of the Triune Godhead. He is multi-faceted in responsibility; while being one-faceted in relationship with the Father. Do not confuse the workings of angels with the work of the Holy Spirit. For they are separate and distinct; although reflecting from one another. Much like God the Father reflects Himself in the lives of all of His reborn spiritual offspring. Human beings are in relationship to God as angels are in relationship to the Holy Spirit. Each are created to reflect the image of the Infinitely Wiser, the Triune Godhead; and all are joined into one in the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Men and angels indeed worship the Lamb who was slain from the foundations of the earth; and who lives to reign again and forever!!

NOT ALWAYS

Just because you don’t see it, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist and isn’t there! You see, truly, things are not always what they appear to be!!

THE POWER TO FREE

You fight the Love, not the knowledge. For the Love has the power to free you from bondage!!

LISTEN TO THE ANGELS

Listen to the angels. They will convey to you what God is saying. There are angels to guard; and also angels to convey; assembled in your midst. Often what you are encountering is merely one of the angels conveying to one of your angels what is going on and the current needs of the hour. This is why you can feel simultaneously, without delay, what is happening. For the angels have full knowledge of the current crises, happening or event; and they impart these warnings unto you. There is no need for them to impart warning when peace is prevailing; but only when trouble arises. This is because the prayers of the intercessor are to free and deliver; but not to bless and rejoice. Although at times, you do indeed rejoice and you are used as God’s instrument to bless; the main purpose of the intercessor is to feel the needs of the hour and to offer up supplication in behalf of the ones bearing those needs. What you have attributed to yourself as almost being a ‘sixth sense’ is in reality the work of your guardian angels; the ministering spirits sent to the heirs of salvation! This is how you can feel what you feel without knowing exactly why. But the teaching realm of Revelation Truth comes directly from the Spirit of Truth Himself. It is His job to instruct you in the ways of God. This is not delegated to the angels, in your particular case, stead and fashion. The angels will be used to convey, impart and instruct; because you have no abnormal, hindering fear of angels. Therefore, listen to the voice of the angels that would speak directly to you. For they have much to say; that they may lead you into the fullness of Christ and into the reality of God’s love and expression unto you. I have much to say unto you, indeed, but you must come another way than what others do; for reasons that God alone is aware of. You have trained yourself to listen to God through people; now you must learn the importance of listening to God through angels. For in the listening, will you hear exactly what you have longed to hear, but have feared to ask! The angelic instruction will overcome the demonic obstruction; for you will indeed know Me in an intimate way! Listen to the angels, little one. For what they say is truth.

It is the truth thereby which contains the power therein to set you and your household as well, free!!

PERSECUTION

You are an ‘angel of light’ to those who walk in lesser degrees of spirituality; who are ruled over and controlled by their carnal imaginations and opinions. This is not to say that truly you are this. But only to point out that it shouldn’t surprise you when men shall say all manner of evil against you, falsely, for My Name’s sake. Even as I Myself was accused of being possessed of devils, because of the supernatural signs which followed Me; because of the doubting, questioning minds of the religious order in My Day. Therefore, it should not surprise you that those in the religious order in your day should be those who fight you hardest and persecute you greatest. For you merely point up what they lack in their own lives; and they hate you for this. Although indeed this hatred may take on different outward, visible forms: such as ‘indifference’ in one; ‘concern’ in another; ‘counsel’ in another; and still yet ‘discernment’ as well. Just because these are the guises that men use to come against you, as My servant, child and friend, does not mean that what they speak or think is so!! Let the results that follow what you walk in be enough; and do not wonder at the persecution. For the persecution itself indeed is a manifest token of the fact that you yourself are truly walking close to Me. For they that are Godly shall indeed suffer persecution. But also, they that wait upon the Lord shall indeed renew their strength. So wait My little one, so very impatient and troubled. For he who waits also wins!!

LOAD

You just couldn’t carry any more on your shoulders!!

TIRED

You are tired, so very, very tired. This is because you have been trying to give this one what they will never, ever have.

THE KEYS

You’ve cried out to God for vindication and deliverance from this one’s hand. But you yet plead that this one know no pain, no suffering. Yet this is the very way of the will of God to transform! You are praying in direct violation to God’s will in this situation. Your own prayers are hindering this one’s transformation and your very deliverance! The will of God must necessitate growth; and growth inevitably brings pain! Therefore cease praying after the manner of your own spirit concerning this one; and pray that the will of God be done in this one’s heart and life! Then, you will indeed see this one’s transformation and deliverance as well; along with the deliverance of you from the hands of the oppressor! You can always hinder the will of God; but you cannot always prevent the will of God from being done. Remember when I told you that I was not manipulative, nor motivated by pressure or guilt? This indeed is what I meant. That your prayers do not necessarily get Me to do this thing; or to do that thing; at your whim and will. Some things are charted in one’s very course in life; and are irrevocable in the eyes of God. Therefore, you cry out to me in grief and pain for Me to deliver you. Because your own prayers hinder your deliverance, you in turn blame Me! You rail out in defiance or retreat within yourself and away from Me. This is a tactic to induce fear and guilt in Me. But I am not motivated by guilt, but only by love. If you would see the deliverance of your own self; and the transformation of this one; you will indeed cease praying after the will of the flesh in this situation and pray fervently for the will of God to be accomplished, completed and done in this one’s life. When you can pray this from your heart, then will deliverance come to you and transformation to this one! In the meantime, you must wrestle with the satanic warfare which enters in through weakness; and feeds upon anger; insecurity and fear. The choice is yours to make; the prayer is yours to pray; the life is yours to live. I have given you the keys over hell and death. It is now time for you to use them!!

HUMAN GRIEF

You too have lost your belief in man’s love for you. This is not a spirit of heaviness you feel. Rather a human grief caused by serious, undermining negative remarks made to you by those with strong influence over you. You stand in need of inner healing yourself; even as you have ministered often in this stead and fashion. Remember that when you sincerely pray for forgiveness from your heart; and yet still the grief persists; a need for inner healing exists. You have confessed and repented of your sins; in attitude and action; and you are not entertaining negative reflections upon these very remarks. Nevertheless the spirit is damaged and therefore, the mind is at unrest. When the spirit is renewed, the mind will be as well!!

PRAYER OF CONSECRATION

The prayer of consecration was for the new work I intend to do in this one’s heart. They are putting into practice what they have learned through your influence. The reason you were not given knowledge of what you prayed over them was because, had you known what you were being called upon to pray, you would not have been able to pray it!!

STAY PUT

Despite your doubts; your questions; and your natural circumstances; I still intend to do the work I have foreordained and promised. Therefore, stand still and stay put!!

NOT AS IT APPEARS

It’s not what it appears to be! Hold on! This is the enemy’s last ditch attempt to divide before I permanently deliver you and deal with this one. Be on guard! I have never lied to you. Things will be as I have said. Stand still, for salvation comes of the Lord!!

WRITING

You are being pulled out of a secular career; and propelled into a writing ministry. This is to be very sudden; very overwhelming; and very prosperous to you; and also to Me. You have been faithful to Me in the long night seasons of your life; putting many, many long hours into the writing ministry I have given you. It is now time for you to receive payment in spiritual and also natural wages for these hours. The income will far exceed the outgo of what I Myself have already given unto you. It is to this end that I have brought you; that you indeed may have a new beginning in Me. A beginning which will end in great spiritual rewards laid up for you in Heaven. Even as I prospered you in full-time secular work; and then pulled you partially out for spiritual ministry. Even now do I pull you aside even greater than before; that I might place you in the writing ministry I have bestowed upon you. Years ago, I told you I would use your hands to bring life to others. Recently, I also shared with you that your ministry would not be vastly public; but rather intimately private. It would bring balance to the hearts; minds; and spirits of individuals; as you ministered to them in their specific need on a one-to-one basis. You were not to shout it from the public pulpit; but rather to share it to private personages. This can be accomplished through writing; as well as through many other avenues. But for you: your career; your heart; and your permanent aspiration and dedication will be in this ministerial outlet. I will prosper it; and bless it beyond your highest hopes and ultimate comprehension; that you may not only be restituted and recompensed; but restored and resurrected in Me as well!! You have been very faithful to Me in this regard. Even so, will I be to you in this regard. And not only will the door of ministry open widely unto you; but the blessings of Almighty God will pour forth upon you in a way and manner far exceeding your greatest and most imaginative expectations! This I have promised and indeed already performed.

You could have spared yourself years of secular work; if only you would have actively pursued this as your career and ministry; rather than pursuing the natural success in a secular career that you somewhat enjoyed. But you will excel in this field of endeavor; both spiritually and naturally; as your ministerial outlet and writing career. Even greater than what success and prosperity you have experienced in your choice of secular field of endeavor! For what you do; you indeed do well and also thoroughly. Therefore, although you will not completely sever your activities in secular work; it will decline in accordance with the way in which your writing career has been second to your secular career. Your writing career will take precedence and far excel what success you ever experienced in the secular field. This is why I told you not to worry about your financial provision as a result of your absence of natural, secular work. For I will provide through what I have already given you spiritually. But will also bless it in a natural, financial way! Therefore, be encouraged. For as I led you into this teaching and counseling realm; and empowered you with the supernatural ability to remember and also record; so even will I prosper and perform the promise of this effective and anointed writing ministry unto you. For I am not only your Father; but I am also your Friend. As your Friend, I have much influence with much people in High Places of the Spirit in the natural world within which you live. I will further this influence for your behalf. Also, especially for My glory and for the benefit of others whom you will never know and who will never know you. But they will come to know Me in a greater way, as a result of your labors in My behalf. And you will be the one to reap the everlasting rewards!!

PULLED AWAY

I had to pull this one away from you somewhat until I can effectively deal with their heart about their treatment of you. It is they themselves who have virtually destroyed your sense of self-worth and your very self-image. It is going to take great measures for Me to put back into you what has been taken out by their cruel, undermining, negative accusations and critical remarks. I am not trying to rob you or hurt you; I am trying to restore you and heal you! The one you love the deepest is the very one who has the power within to destroy you completely! I cannot allow this to happen; so I must pull them aside and deal in seriously strong measures in order for them to see the searing, monumental damage that they have done to the very one I Myself sent as a vessel oflove and servant to them! When I am through with them; their contrition and genuine repentance will be sincere and permanent. They will never, ever again, as long as they live; rail out against you, or any other human being in such a manner. They will learn the hard way what it means to stand in contempt of the Friend of the Almighty! What you have been so unsuccessful in attempting to give this one is human compassion and sensitivity. This is not the God-given quality; but the ingrained human element. They do not possess this; nor will they ever truly know it as what you do. They will be changed; they will be transformed; and they will be to you the dearest; most grateful; devoted friend to you that you’ll ever know in your days upon earth; when all of this is over. They will become to you what you have already been so many years to them. They will give to you all the missing elements of your life; as My instrument of blessing upon your life. The rejection of you is over by their hand. The work will be swift; and the rewards sweet. For you are too tired to fight or even flee any longer. I must do what is necessary in order that you may be restored to the confidence that you once knew in Me; and even within yourself. I have not failed you, indeed not. You stand today on the very threshold of a miracle. Their words unto you shall be My words unto you; and never again will they break your heart with cruel, undermining, unjust words and attitudes and actions. When they are so changed, they will have not only a genuine human contrition within them about you; but also a God-given love within them for you that will remain within them and between you for the rest of your respective, natural, earthly lives. I promise you this!!

WAIT

I want you away from their negative influence; not away from their physical presence! Do not move; fight; flee; or struggle. Wait, I say to you most emphatically, wait!!

THE STRENGTH

The strength you feel is the power of My Love within this man imparted unto you in order to strengthen you to deal with those men.

GO BEYOND SERVING

It’s not enough to serve people; but you must also sacrifice for them as well. Go beyond serving; and give all; without expectations of any kind!!

EXTREME WEAKNESS

You are in an extreme state of weakness right now. I will become your strength in this weakness!!

BOUND

I don’t want you to be bound. You need never fear being abandoned; for lo,
