Author

Daniel G. Montejano

My name is Daniel Montejano I was born and raised in a small quiet town. I have two wonderful parents, two older sisters and one brother (RIP), who one day I will meet. I attended the school in my hometown and graduated from High School in May of 2006. Growing up as a small boy in a little town I stayed occupied with my own hobbies on the side such as drawing, love poetry, billiards or just simply playing a simple game console. After getting to middle school I started running down the wrong path but still knew that as a boy I always had dreams. Not until I was in 10th grade did someone special show me my dreams again clearly. I still had my dreams with me the whole time prior but just gave myself many more obstacles to face while trying to reach those dreams. Being raised with great and supporting parents in a small town can in fact give a boy dreams. As long as you don’t allow town criticism to shatter a boys dream. in what I saw late at night in my dreams were just beyond extreme Despite those who do look down upon me and have criticized me for so long I like to thank you, because I have learned so much from each and everyone and prepared me more for my journey in life. Without Iraan I would have seen no visions and dreams, with out God I would have NO life. On Oct. 15, 2004 an angel delivered the rest of my strength to rise above those who love me the most...the people who doubt me the most.

Late at night after my heart’s gone to sleep

memories of you take over my sleep

I still remember everything vividly and clear

your gorgeous eyes touched my heart

holding your hand always put a smile through my heart

kissing you always put me through the stars

everything we did slowly stitched our hearts

Even though now nothing’s here and everything’s gone

the only memory left so clear

are the stitches slowing dissolving from inside my heart

    On a single wish,

    I would wish

    just for one more kiss

    just to go back

    and hold your hand

    To go back and
