1 – In Commemoration of
President Reagan
Sooner or later, the life and its excitement will come to an end, but the one who does what is right and good in God’s sight, and the will of the people, will receive what God has promised, and lives in the hearts of the people, and within the living memory of the history forever.
The Author
President Reagan:
The pearl of the America’s crown piece
And the prettiness of the America’s face
Who rests in peace, In that hangout place
Dwelling high in honor and grace
Towering as a pole with brace
on that apex of Los Angeles space
And as a banner that waves very proudly
on that elevated hills of Simi Valley
Your last home and life’s work
were put together closely
in a wonderful place
to suit a noble president, and celebrity
and to exalt your impressive glory
It rings a bell to the history
that in it, we treasure up our riches
a cheerful leader, and a majestic memories
that will never flop, and the history,
will never drop to exult him,
and to call up
Our President:
You are ringed on every side
but not crumbled
Struck down with hard fist
but not rumbled
You set your face
against the distress, of that ill-health
but the stubborn illness
decided to embitter, your liveliness
and disturb the peaceful pathway
of your care-free hey-days
in every possible way
that kept you to yourself
like a lit-up candle
in burning, wastes away
till the evening of your days
and the abstract truth
got its own way
Mr. President:
In the hours of despairing
when we heard the sad tidings
of the failing of your well-being
we prayed for your hasty healing
but it was a gone feeling
The news fairly, took the breath
of everyone far and away, in the depth
In the daylong of mourning
paying off the last honor
by many, was telling
At that black letter day
our hearts gave way
and we were dreadfully dismayed
tears melted the hearts, out and away
Our departed President :
for the love of you, on the fly
we found a good cry in bedding your honor
with hard to defy, a grief-stricken good bye
Mr. President:
Your heart ceased
at the end of the chase
for
