When weaknesses are not acknowledged and dealt with accordingly, the individual is inevitably suffocated by their own challenges. When reading through the pages of this book, you will witness Kimilys ability to persevere through the miry muck and walk forth in great favor and God given ability.

      Dear Mom,

      There are no words that can express the love, admiration, and respect we have for you. We know things have been rough, BUT GOD! You have come a long way in this fight but it has been worth it.

      You were chosen out of a select few of divine women to educate and inform the people of just what God can do. He allowed you to experience so many trials and adversities to get you to such a beautiful place. We have finally learned the meaning of the song What a mighty God we serve!

      Everyday God affords us the opportunity to see his mighty works and mercy. Mom, you are the best example anyone could have for these things. Not only are you our mother, but you are our friend and first love. Because of you we have learned what endurance, patience, and true parenthood is.

      Thank you for all you have done for us. We are successful because you are. We know sometimes you feel like you made some mistakes with us but you didn’t. All things work together for the good of those who love Christ. It was exactly what we needed to make us who we are; strong, determined, focused, beautiful children of God.

      As I Rico Jenkins sit and think of being Kimily’s husband many things come to my mind. It feels good to be married to someone who you can trust. To know you are in love with someone who is truly committed to the relationship and follows through with it; it’s a blessing. Kimily once lived a very difficult life which had its up’s and down’s; unfortunately more down’s then up’s. She is a hard worker who is truly committed to Christ who is always first in her life. I love my wife for many reasons but the most important reason is Kimily is true to herself. If there is a change in her it’s for the better. I love her because she is a fighter not a quitter; she never gives up. I pray this book will help people recover from drugs and find Christ as their Savior. If you work hard on your recovery and make GOD first in your life, you will be successful. Put the Lord first in your life and everything will be fine.
