      GRACE

      THE MOMENT OF REALIZATION

        

      [Season of Truth and Unmerited Favor of God]

      For who are you, O great mountain [of human obstacles]? Before Zerubbabel [who with Joshua led the return of the exiles from Babylon and was undertaking the rebuilding of the temple, before him] you shall become a plain [a mere molehill]! And he shall bring forth the finishing gable stone [of the new temple] with loud shouting of the people, crying, ‘Grace. Grace to it!’ Moreover, the word of the Lord came to me, saying, ‘The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundations of this house; his hands shall also finish it. Then you shall know [recognize and understand] that the Lord of hosts has sent me [His messenger] to you. Who [with reason] despises the day of small things? For these seven shall rejoice when they see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel, [These seven] are the eyes of the Lord which run to and fro throughout the whole earth.

It’s about discovering to recover from the past mistakes of life made by virtually everyone, just as the Bible emphatically says, Since all have sinned and are falling short of the honor and glory which God bestows and receives." Most people are trying so hard to find their foot on the ground of success, but forget to first find their head; unfortunately, some die in that process, while others end up being miserable. Hence therefore, the subject of grace and faith becomes a paramount importance.

      However, those who embraced the grace of God have found not only their head, but their feet also—on the solid ground of faith, victory and true success.

      Such people will definitely agree and eventually succumb to the fact that the most high God rules and reign in the kingdom of men. He is the beginning and the end of human existence: the light of life. The appearance of God’s grace to mankind is the most powerful and lovely intervention ever received from above. Grace is nothing other than God Almighty dishes out His favor—His loving kindness, unearned, undeserved, and unmerited favor and spiritual blessing—through His son Jesus Christ, the arbitrator to reach, rescue, redeem, and restore us back to life in its fullness. The manifestation of grace is indeed a moment of truth and realization, because it brings us to awareness of our nakedness before our creator. It illuminates our minds with the floodlight of his holy presence, thereby opening the eyes of our understanding to become conscious and comprehending fully of what lies ahead.

      Apprehension of grace always brings a person into fruition; it will introduce and induce anyone who humbles himself in appreciation of its offers into something special and bigger than he or she could ever imagine. The fact that you are reading this book is a proof that you are wired to succeed and destined to win. Here is the catch, as you read through the pages of this book: I want you to focus on where God is taking you. Do yourself a favor and stop concentrating and worrying about where you have been and how you have failed in life. Start focusing on the plan of God for you and His willingness to accomplish great things in your life through the simplicity of His grace and faith. Each step in this book is prayerfully written for anyone who desired a happy, healthy, and prosperous Christian life. The Scripture said, For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men. Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, rightly, and godly, in this present world. Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ. Who gave himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works (Titus 2:11-14). If you are in need of a miracle in your life, your family, or your business, then you are reading the right book.

      Perhaps you are hurting as a result of a particular illness; the grace of God is able to set you free. Maybe you are facing an unbearable humiliation or embarrassment, his grace is able to heal, restore and uphold you from further hurting. You may say, Bishop, you can’t imagine the kind of humiliation I have faced in life! Friends have disgraced me, dishonored me, and disapproved of whatever I stood for. They have discredited and degraded me in every way possible. Well, it is time to break the source of all these problematic situations through the grace of God.

      Sometimes, people are grieved as a result of the loss of a loved one; a lack of an employment or the fear of what the future holds, if so, cheer up. Your comforter has come and your miracle is closer than you think. We must always remind ourselves of the fact that we are the very reason Christ Jesus came into this world. We are the crowns of his creation! We are his greatest accomplishment: each person must decide what he or she is going to do with the grace of God.

      WHEN GRACE TOUCHES THE HEART

        

      Here we are dealing with the principles of realization, discovery, and recognition. Just as Dr. Mike Murdock, a highly respected gospel minister, said, You will never leave where you are, until you decide where you would rather be. So, no matter the circumstances you may find yourself in, it can be changed with the power of God but you must decide to play by the rule of grace. Only the grace of God could melt the mountain of pride and self-will dominating the hearts and lives, as they did with the prodigal son mentioned in the Holy Bible. Who is this prodigal son, you may inquire? Let me throw some light on the prodigal son’s story: It’s a noble parable Jesus gave about a man who had two sons. The younger son was referred to as the prodigal [wasteful, extravagant, excessive, irresponsible, self-indulgent] son, because of his surprising demand, and his departure from his paternal home into a faraway land to begin his reckless and extravagant lifestyle of great misery, humiliation, and chastisement.

      The narrative reveals a great deal of the character, attitude, and behavior of the prodigal son: his ordeals—the genuine conviction of being guilty, his personal repentance, his decision to return home to his father, his confession, the welcome ceremony, and the reinstatement, reconciliation, and rejoicing—are all part of what made the experience of the prodigal son relevant to human problem of selfishness and self-centeredness today. The parable also disclosed how it gratified his majesty [God] to be seen in the company of His creatures. No matter how deep you may be sinking into the seas of sin, sorrow, and suffering, or if you have been sucked into the world of serious straying about in strange places, the gracious arms of the Almighty God are wide open to welcome, receive, and restore you back to normal again. God carries out His good pleasure in people, and work within them a genuine conversion in a peculiar disposition: He also releases his graciousness as acts of love into obedient hearts. He paves the way for the spirit of regeneration to penetrate into the innermost recesses of a man. He then graciously opens the closed mind and swiftly softens the hardened heart. He makes to
