Archbishop Seiveright talks about her family and the way in which she was raised in the Caribbean. This memoir traces her spiritual path to becoming an Archbishop, overseeing the Shouters National Evangelical Spiritual Baptist Faith International Centre of Canada.

    She chronicles her personal history, from her childhood in Jamaica through the beginnings of her spiritual life to her life today as church leader. This is a one-of-a-kind journey that will inspire and encourage others to enrich their spiritual lives and to find their calling. She also reflects on her spiritual journey, from being a member of the Anglican Church and Church of God to becoming a Spiritual Baptist.

    In this text she brings all of the pieces of her story together in one volumepieces that she has shared in articles, interviews with students, and lectures that she has given across North America and the Caribbeanand, of course, to her congregation on Sunday mornings.

    As an Archbishop, she has travelled the world, received awards for her work as a community leader, and met fascinating people. A Quest That Ignites the Heart shares her experiences from that spiritual journey.

    Archbishop Dr. Deloris Devan Seiveright is the Founder and Archbishop of the Shouters National Evangelical Spiritual Baptist Faith International Centre of Canada(NESBF), overseeing the Canadian Archdiocese. She is also the Co-founder of one of the first Spiritual Baptist churches in Toronto, St. Frederics Cathedral. She has been a licensed minister in the province of Ontario since 1984.
