Introduction

This book was channelled to me by Jesus, over several months. It was a joyful experience filled with Grace. The text was transmitted by Him as a flow of words into my consciousness, that I could simultaneously hand write with ease. When I asked questions or requested clarifications, His replies would arrive in the same manner – like a silent voice speaking to me. Jesus related with me as a much loved companion, often with gentle asides and humour.

Jesus leads us, with loving care, to reach beyond the human self into a glorious experience of our Spiritual Self and God, which we can maintain even in the presence of problems which would otherwise be stressful or fearful.

There are clear, practical methods for dissolving fear, and disturbing emotions; for understanding and healing the mind’s false perceptions of ourselves, mankind and our planet. Our traditional view of life and death are overturned.

We learn that we are not the body. Nor are we the ego voice, of the body, which overlays the mind demanding our allegiance to fear and attack. We are eternal spiritual beings forever within God, but have come here, like actors in a play, to create Heaven on Earth by remembering our true reality. Our body is of our own making and it is designed for the purpose of communicating with and serving our fellow man with love and devotion.

Forgiveness, its true nature and purpose is outlined, and why we must stay in the now, never allowing ourselves to dwell in the past or the future. We learn of the way in which we can see ourselves through our fellow man, and the gifts of knowledge that this provides for our evolvement into knowing our spiritual nature. The essence of what it means to truly love the self and others is discussed, as well as many other enlightening topics.

We learn that there are spiritual laws, not commands, governing our human lives and that they are designed to guide us into right living. We learn that by ignoring them, we suffer consequences in our human life that can affect all of mankind and our planet, but the Spiritual Self remains forever unaffected. We come to understand that the choice between a human experience of paradise on earth or hell on earth is determined by our thoughts, attitudes and actions, and whatever our choice, God never judges us. We learn that if we want to know oneness with God and Jesus, all of our choices need to stem from love for our fellow man and the self.

By following the loving guidance from Jesus, we are assured of manifesting health instead of sickness, love instead of judgement, peace instead of fear, as well as relationships which are enduring, loving partnerships.

Jesus directs us to view only the loving spiritual being in everyone, teaches us how to achieve this, and why it becomes our salvation in the here and now. He talks about our future and what we must do now to create peace on earth. Here, there is a sense of uncompromising urgency from Jesus.

My love for Jesus began as a four year old when I had a wise Sunday school teacher who taught that God and Jesus were only love. Bible class, as a teenager, muddled that picture somewhat. I was confirmed at sixteen and found myself in Church where I discovered, with dismay, that all denominations taught that God was both love and wrath and that He punished sinners. Inside, I knew that this duality was not possible, and so I eventually abandoned religion, but never my original view and love of God and Jesus. I always knew that they nurtured me with love and guided my path.

Much later, living in Hong Kong, a spiritual awakening began to evolve. I was surrounded by other religions and friends following an inner path towards God. I devoured the great teachings of Taoism, Buddhism and Hinduism, as well as many books written by wise human teachers of all creeds. And so my journey evolved as understanding of truth was integrated. It continues but ever in the company of others with the same vision of consciously realizing oneness with God, while feeling gratitude and joy for the gift of life, in this world full of nature’s extraordinary beauty and loving people. As Jesus says, we are in the process of remembering who we are when we focus on being only love.

Guidance from Jesus for using this book

The purpose of this text is to awaken you to the knowing of God within, so that you may come to understand that the human self, and its experiences of suffering are not the real you. You can move out of this illusion now.

You will learn that you do indeed create your own suffering with your thoughts, and that this is caused by underlying fears. Your suffering is the only hell that exists, and that hell exists only in your mind. If you hold a lot of judgement or fear of a punishing God, as you leave, that goes with your consciousness. Then it may appear that you are in hell. However such a place does not exist in God’s Kingdom. It is but in your individual consciousness. You have only to reach for the light, for all fear to be washed from your consciousness, as you are enfolded in the loving light of God – the God that punishes no one – the God that loves you all, no matter what.

Therefore you can understand that what you believe not only manifests in your life and in the world, but in what you believe to be your ultimate destination. I ask you to let go of the limiting beliefs of your particular religion – all fear of a destination less than glorious. I urge you to remove all thoughts of your own imperfection and all fear of death. You are eternal spiritual beings – always have been and ever will be. Death does not occur. It only seems so to those who remain. There will be no awareness in you, of that which never occurs.

An important human task is to recognize all that you fear and let it go. As you free yourself of all ignorance and false beliefs, you will see only love and beauty in all of life. You will recognize God in yourself and within all others. You will become the embodiment of the love which you have ever been.

This text is structured so that you may pause on the contemplations and follow them with diligence. Remain with one section, for as many days as is required, to truly understand important aspects of yourself. This is necessary, because all illusionary views of yourself, and the world, are to be erased from your consciousness, so that you may see only love everywhere and only God in all.

You must love every aspect of yourself, as you are in every moment, for to do otherwise is to cause separation from the Divinity that you are. To enfold all aspects of yourself, into the one, and love it without reservation, is to be God in action.

I am your loving brother, Jesus

I invite you to join me

Beloved child I am with you always. My love is yours. Love is all there is in the great ‘I Am’ of the cosmos. Hold my hand and come with me on a journey of discovering the sacred heart, its love and its wisdom.

When you were a child I held you in my arms. I sent love through nature, and you loved me in return, by feeling and absorbing the beauty of all that you viewed there. I sustained you my little lamb. Love conquers all – even the broken hearts of the little ones. Love lights the path on your light journey. Stay ever in the light.

Life is like an ocean wave. It swells and breaks on the shore, only to regenerate and rise again. It is an unending process of regeneration and rebirth, moment by moment. The white foam is the giving forth. Then follows regeneration and more giving forth in an everlasting cycle.

Come hither all the children of God. You are loved beyond measure. Love is who you are. Forgiveness is letting go, and seeing the beauty in others, who are also loved beyond measure by the Heavens. The fallen are lifted by your love and forgiveness. The love of ‘All That Is’ holds the earth and all universes in its heart. It permeates all things. It blends and creates the fairy dust in your lives.

Forgiveness is the glory of God. In His love all is forgiven. You are His children held in His love. Life is for loving and seeing God in all things. Then there is nothing to forgive.

Come with me and I will show you the way. Act always from your heart, and then there is nothing but love, for Grace is ever present. Be one with love, as God is bestowing it without end. Recognize and make it a conscious part of yourself. Then your thoughts, intentions, words and deeds will be governed by it. The Lamb of God is treasured in the Heavens.

Finding and feeling the love of God is a remembering process. Sink into your heart and He is there. You can feel and begin to remember being a child of our beloved Father God. This teaching is about the heart.

Living life

Living and dying are polarities in your world. But dying is the past, and living is the present moment in God consciousness, allowing yourself to look at ‘what is’ without resistance. Are you dying by rehashing the past; it is gone. Living in the past is to lose the present. It is to lose the opportunity to experience the awareness of your essence – pure peaceful consciousness. In this space, miracles arise and if ‘what is’ is not to your liking, but you are allowing it to be, something new arises.

If you are allowing yourself to be pulled into the past, locate the happening that is attracting your attention, and ask yourself what is the emotion around that event, which has not been surrendered – released from your psyche. Accept it and feel it until it dissolves. This is freedom from dying. This creates space in which to be alive and ever present with your divine essence. Love is the essence of your being, and it is this facet which dissolves whatever is pulling you into the past, thus robbing you of the present and Presence.

Rise like a phoenix from the ashes of the past. Rise into the glory which you are. This is your heritage from the Father who loves you unconditionally. The roller-coaster serves you not. Flow along an even path like the gentle stream trickling over the stones. Sit and watch this. Visualize it to find that peaceful space within. Listen with your senses, feel the gentleness of the water, and the stillness of the stream bed. Smell the pristine freshness of it all. Become part of it until there is no separation. Blend fully until you and the stream are one and the same. Glory in the beauty, in the stillness, in the peace, and feel the joy and tranquillity. Become one with your essence.

This is who you are in reality – your true Self, buried beneath the debris of the mind chatter which repeats itself over and over. Begin to pay attention to your mind chatter. It is dull and repetitive, and you will marvel that you have been allowing it free rein for most of your life. When you can see the humour in this, you can let it go so much more easily. The mind repeats itself ad infinitum, and it is demented to allow this to continue.

A child doesn’t do this, as life is exciting and full of adventure. A child is inquisitive about life and easily finds wonder and joy. Rediscover your inner child, the one who loves unconditionally. Visualize it, feel its beauty, joy and spontaneity. See the sparkle in the child’s eyes as it feels you acknowledging its existence, perhaps for the first time. The little one wants to play for the sheer joy of communion with all that is within its vision. The simple things like fish in a stream, the glory of a flower, and the desire to pick one and present it to you, with love sparkling from its heart. See the child light up as it gives you the flower, and feel its joy as you hug it with equal love and devotion.

This exquisite child is you, and it can hardly contain itself in the sheer delight in life. The child’s love enfolds all in its innocence, its purity and its divine essence. Marvel at the joy of knowing that you are this child and it is you. Understand its love for all life, in all its expressions, and blend with this beautiful child to feel that same love. Watch its compassion for the unhappy ones. Feel it within you. Compassion is almost as potent as love, and always leads you directly and unwaveringly into the love that you are. This is the pure uncontaminated child of God within all mankind.

Contemplations

This is your first lesson with contemplations that guide you towards inner awareness.

Focus on the following for today, and for as many days as you require, in order to understand how you presently live life.

● Try to watch your thoughts. Long periods will disappear as you forget to do this, but the awareness will become easier as you practise. Recognize whether you are holding onto past events and reliving them in your mind. It doesn’t matter whether they are happy or sad events. Notice as many as possible. Recognize whether your mind is occupying the future. Recognize that it is seldom focused fully on the present moment.

● Spend two periods today doing the stream exercise, and notice how peaceful your mind is at the end.

● Spend some time looking at whether you allow yourself to be like a child, finding joy in life. Resolve to routinely bring this lovely one back into your day.

Love

You are made of the essence of love. It flows like a river within, and spreads beyond you into the universe. Practise feeling this divine essence within. Practise feeling it spread from your heart to all of life. Be aware of feeling the unity, with no separation from anything. Feel the sensation of being one with all, so that your very structure has dissolved and blended like sugar in water. Revel in this blissful and peaceful feeling.

There is no need to wait for a meditation session to experience this. Several times a day, stop your thinking, planning, doing, and become that Oneness for a few minutes. There is always time my beloved one. Putting it off is denying yourself a period of unadulterated joy. Do not listen to the mind’s excuses. It can never understand or know your Godliness within. It feels threatened by this space that it cannot know or enter, and will do all in its power to prevent your choice of entry. Do not be annoyed with the ego mind, as it is only doing what it knows best. Simply be firm with it, and even employ humour, as you step aside from its voice.

Use your mind as the servant of your heart. Love instructs you through feelings and intuitive guidance, and the mind is also for using in planning and thinking through a procedure of where to go next, and how to create the stepping stones towards fruition. Whenever there is uncertainty about the next step, let go of thinking, and enter into a reflective space, where you allow intuition to flow again. This is how Einstein functioned. His reflective times allowed God’s creation to flow into his conscious mind, and he was well aware of this. His reverence for the divinity within was profound.

Contemplations

● Continue with the stream visualization.

● Notice how your mind will come up with excuses for avoidance.

● Notice the nature of those excuses and put them aside. You are on a path of overcoming the little mind, so do not give it ascendance over your few minutes of quiet space. You are on the path of listening only to the Mind of God. A mind that listens to the ego cannot hear the Voice of God. The two cannot coexist.

● Begin to feel the love as well as the peace when you go within.

● At times when you feel confused about the best way to go forward with a plan, notice that the mind darts all over the place and you feel uncomfortable. Stop and enter a dream like space of silence, and allow an idea to intuitively arise. At the very least, the mind will be quietened so that thinking can become more structured.

The heart and the Lord’s Prayer

The Lord’s Prayer is an entry key to the heart. The apostles, in the early days, were confused about how to enter the inner space, where they could feel and know God. This prayer, if spoken with reverence and love, leads the way into the sacred heart. Reverence, awe, love, gratitude, and joy towards God are key feelings that facilitate entry. We are all children of God and must enter as an innocent child. The way is barred to suffering which must be left at the door. Take my hand and I will lead you for I am your elder brother,
