Conclusion:
Katrina
Katrina! What have you done to me?
I feel the breeze
I see the swaying of the trees
I feel the water on my face
I must flee this place Hold on, hold on to God’s unchanging hand
He’ll show up in the face of a man
Give me your hand, give me you hand
God has a plan
You life is in his hand
On the bridge, on the bridge
I’ll lay my head, and wonder what’s up ahead
Hop on, hop on, we’re headed to the dome, for the
next several days it will be our home
On the bus, on the bus, where do we go, I look at
the driver, but he don’t know
Thank you God for sparing my life, as I repent, I
know its all because of Christ
Relient, Relient, so glad to see you, so overwhelmed
To feel the ground, a cot, a cot to lay my worried
head, must sleep, must sleep, but that will come
after a bath, and brushing my teeth
Thank you much, I’ll never forget the way you
touch

Rain Down
Rain down all your blessing on us today
We need your blessing in every way
Guide us dear Lord to you each day
Protect us dear Lord in every way
Your love will bring us alone the way
Grant us the power to pray each day
Your grace and mercy will show us the way
Dear Lord help us to pray each day
Rain down on us
Rain down on us
Shower us with your love each day
Rain down on us
Rain down on us
Your love will show us the way
Rain down on us
Rain down on us
We hear you Lord when you say, we must pray today
Pray without ceasing in every way, we have no reason
not to pray

Introduction
The moment of truth, my home was a mess, and some where in my heart I kept hoping no water got in my house, but I was in for a rude awakening. What made me so special, God has no respect of person, He love everyone the same. And so when it was announced people could return home and check on their property. My husband was the first to visit, then my daughter and granddaughter. My granddaughter said to me with surprise on her face mama you will be crying when you see your house.
The day came and I finally arrived home, as I pulled in front of the house I sat in the car for a minute to compose myself. I look at my car which was in the front yard on the side of the porch. It was dirty, filled with water and someone had broken into my trunk. Now tell me for the love of God what would you find in a car filled with dirty flood water? The grass was brown and dead, our cars, trucks and other vehicles had rust from the water. As I stepped out of the car, I walked up the stairs to the porch, I remembered as if it was yesterday, when I walked down those very steps into five feet of dirty flood water, with the wind and rain hitting me in my face. Oh! How frightened I was, it was like stepping into the unknown.
I opened the iron security door; my hands trembled as I then opened the wooden door, which was swollen from the water and hard to open. As I open the door my eyes filled with tears, I took a deep breath; my mind fell on how hard I’d had to work to furnish my house. I worked four jobs one full time and three part time jobs. I had just painted all the rooms and was about to change the
