Introduction
The purpose of this book is to make it easy for expectant parents be able to research and pick names for their unborn or unready delivered babies. Mostly the book was made possible as a result of concerted effort in research within the African communities and personal experiences as a father and grandfather.
Africans as is well known give names to their children for a reason, relevance and purpose. Africans and particularly Nigerian parents pick names for their babies that have attachment to the Almighty GOD – The GOD of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. For African it is not enough to put together letters to form nice tone to the ears but rather giving names that are meaningful.
