Foreword

There are so many higher spiritual concepts and mysteries of the cosmos that I’ve learned over a lifetime. I want to pass some of these things on to you. Prayer that really works is the most important.

Maybe you’ve been praying your heart out and nothing is happening. This doesn’t mean that God is rejecting your prayer. It’s quite possible that your prayer just isn’t getting through.

God is the unimaginable concept of all of life and of All That Is. It wouldn’t be easy for us to pour out our troubles and wishes to an abstract omnipotent power source, would it? We, with our limited brains, have had to humanize Him somewhat into what we are able to imagine, so as to be able to talk to Him.

This omniscient source of All That Is is well aware of our heartaches and problems. After all, He is the source of all the love and compassion that exists in creation. He wants us to prosper in every way and have our every desire.

You must accept the fact that God is not a larger than life person, with vast supernatural powers, sitting on a throne up in heaven saying yes to this and no to that, as many people believe.

Instead, in His wisdom, He has set up a wonderful combination of metaphysical laws that automatically keep the universe in perfect order; these laws bestow benefits by a system of checks and balances. We call them the Hermetic Laws. An understanding of these divine laws was bestowed upon a venerable sage named Hermes Trismegistus during the time of Abraham.

The Hermetic Laws explain the kingdom of God. They explain how to seek the kingdom in the ways most pleasing to Him, on as high a level as we are able to understand. Knowing the Hermetic Laws, and applying them, will bring you into harmony with divine law, so that you can start reaping the benefits.

When you understand this and the other things that I’m going to teach you, then you will be able to pray with the assurance that your prayer is getting through, forming up in the divine realms and readying itself to manifest in your life.

The Master Jesus gave us the Lord’s Prayer as an example of effective prayer. It is not meant to be chanted by rote. It is a template of how to pray. I will translate for you what the separate elements of The Lord’s Prayer actually mean. You can then use this to compose your own meaningful prayers in addition to saying The Lord’s Prayer just as it is.

There are many things that affect the outcome of prayer. Some of these are soul lessons, life cycles, unresolved habits of thought and beliefs. All these things I will cover, and more.

Did you know that your prayer has a better than average success rate when done from the God Place, a special divine energy field? Well that is true. You have probably stumbled into this divine force field on your own when you felt very uplifted and especially close to God. I am going to teach you how to get to that divine force field every time.

When you come to the end of this book you will be an empowered person ready to choose where and how you want your life to go.

You will find that activating higher enlightenment comes easily once you get started. It sounds simple and it is simple. But it takes change and change takes time and practice. Any change in a habit of thinking takes about forty-five days.

I’m giving you the guidelines in this book. I’m showing you how to do lots of fascinating things. I promise you that what I teach you will work if you follow my outline. You’re not going to have to go at this with teeth and claws either. You will make little changes in the beginning, so as to get the hang of it. This way you get the benefit of seeing small things come to pass in your prayers. This helps you get your confidence up and you’ll go on from there to larger benefits. You go at your own chosen speed.

You’re going to learn things in this book that may not seem like what you think of as spiritual. If this is your impression, you may be getting spirituality mixed up with religion. Spiritual laws are God’s celestial laws that create divine order in the universe. So long as you are in harmony with divine law what you want will be automatically drawn into your life.

This book isn’t about religion. This book is about spiritual laws. Religion is the form that each group of worshippers chooses to use when they gather to worship the Creator. Spirituality is the understanding of God’s eternal truths with no ritual involved. For those of you who need reassurance, I’m including occasional verses from the Bible that support what I am explaining.

Your life and my life are microcosms of the larger cosmic plan that God’s laws use to keep the universe in balance. When these laws come into play on earth they are called the laws of physics (physical laws).

The laws of physics are restrictive; this is so we have the opportunity to learn soul lessons. You are going to over-ride these restrictions in your prayer work by taking your consciousness into the realm of metaphysics (metaphysics means beyond physics.). By using the laws of metaphysics you are going to create order and balance in your life, and learn how to make your hopes and dreams come true. These laws are absolutely predictable.

Most people don’t comprehend how the laws work. I understand them because explaining higher spiritual concepts and helping my fellow sparks of creation find peace and love is my life assignment. God gave me the spiritual gifts of prophesy and the interpretation of scriptures to help me accomplish His purpose. Plus, I have studied and researched The Laws for many years.

What a blessing it’s going to be for you when you finally comprehend what makes things happen in your life; then, you can ask God for what you want and expect to get it,.

For a long time I’ve written what I know about the unseen workings of the universe. I’ve passed this wisdom on in classes to seekers who had the insight to understand and use them. I’ve posted some of them on my spiritual teaching website. Now I’m bringing a lot of this information together in one body of work.

There has been dramatic success in the lives of those who worked at it; some of the others that I have taught grasped the concepts intellectually but didn’t apply them in their lives. The Christ directed us to be doers of The Word, and not hearers only. That is pretty easy to understand, isn’t it? Anything worth having requires effort and practice. Talking the Talk isn’t what God wants from you. Walking the Walk is.

Several times I’ve completed this book. I then went back over it and realized that I had moved to a higher level of understanding. All had to be re-written. I know now that it’s never going to be really complete, because I, and you, are on a never-ending journey of comprehension as we keep reaching for the truth. With this in mind I’m going to let this current version stand.

Many of you are pausing at the threshold of exhilarating new enlightenment. This can be a very exciting time. You may feel a stirring of different energy around you. You may feel that something is about to happen in your life, but you don’t know what it is. You’re in a mild state of anticipation. You may even be a little nervous about stepping through this door.

You may feel that your Creator won’t like it that you are reaching for a higher form of spiritual food than that with which your parents were satisfied. It’s natural to wonder about things like this at first, but your Creator will love it that you’re opening up and blossoming out.

The laws of the cosmos are the same now as they were when our Creator set them in place to keep the universe in balance.

The words of the Master Jesus are the same now as when they were first spoken. So what has changed? Why do these eternal truths need to be re-explained?

When The Christ spoke to those who were hungry for higher spiritual concepts in those long-ago times, He used parables in His teachings in a very simplified form; this was because people in those days were not capable of understanding abstract ideas. He had to use very basic examples.

This was the very first time that these secrets of the universe were released to the world. At this time mankind had finally reached a point of evolution where they were capable of understanding the basics of spiritual laws. I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundations of the world. (Matthew 13:35)

Now, in the present time, it can be hard for us, with our more complex minds, to read these simple concepts and see the higher, finer details of what He was trying to tell us. I’m going to interpret and fill in the gaps of what you may not understand.

Based on all the recent natural disasters and the sudden failure of huge corporations, the end-of-time doom-prophets are preaching that the world is ending. It’s not. What is happening is that the current world system, with its hate, greed and taking advantage of others is being broken down.

A rousing new idealism is sweeping across the earth bringing new enlightenment and brotherly love. The old systems that no longer serve humanity are being mashed down one by one to be built back up in a
