Dedication
I’m dedicating this book unto God Almighty for allowing me to write this book that it may be a blessing unto others and also that it may help others who are in or have been in the same situations or conditions I’ve lived in and experienced. I wrote this book to build their faith for a better tomorrow and to let them know God will deliver them through every situation, test, trial, tribulation, and storm of life. Troubles, sorrow, and suffering will come, but God will give you courage, strength, knowledge, wisdom, understanding, patience, and peace to stand on the promises of his holy word. As we endure life, it will make us stronger and better people of God.
I also dedicate this book to helping my son to further his education so he can be a blessing unto God and in the communities. He will Make a difference by doing God’s will. I have said, I never wanted to recall the past.
But God led me to write this book that it may bless others and my son. We want to be a blessing to others by doing God’s will. I can’t afford to further his education. God knows he has worked hard to earn the right to continue his education in order to achieve the goals God has set for him. This book has been a blessing unto me in healing emotions and appreciating where God has brought us from. Also it has helped me to heal from the past.
I thank God that he has bestowed life, health, strength, wisdom, knowledge, and understanding upon us. I thank God for his love, grace, mercy, and forgiveness. I thank God for always being there for us, providing, and sending someone to direct our path.

There were three married couples. David and Evil—they’re white. Sioux and Lillie—he’s Indian and she’s black. Mike and Mary—they’re black. David was in the army. Mary worked for David and Evil. She was their housekeeper, cook, and nanny. Lillie and Mary were sisters.
One day while David was away in the army, Mary’s brother-in-law Sioux came by to see Mary. He met Evil. They lusted for each other, fell in love, and started secretly dating. Evil got pregnant by Sioux. They kept it a secret. When the baby was born, they gave her to Mary to raise as her own. Mary named the child Kiowa. Kiowa became a beautiful young lady.
When David came home from the army, David and Evil loved Mary like she was part of their family. Evil told Mary she wanted her to start allowing Kiowa to come there, so she could see her and develop a relationship with her.
Mary started training Kiowa, who was seventeen years old, to clean the house for Evil. In the process of Kiowa working there, she and David fell in love. They secretly started dating, not knowing David was her stepfather. Kiowa got pregnant and conceived a baby girl. She named her India Lishaekl.

When Evil found out about her husband and her daughter secretly dating, she got upset. She had to come up with a plan to stop them. She couldn’t tell them the reason why without her secret being found out. She would lose everything and be a disgrace in the community. What shame it would bring upon her family and two sons.
Evil went to Mary. She expressed her concerns why they couldn’t allow this. Mary went home, heartbroken and afraid for Kiowa. She called to Kiowa and told her to sit down; they had to talk. She told her she couldn’t have a life with David, because he was white. If the white people found out they were in a relationship, they would kill them. Mary told Kiowa she was afraid for her life. She must stop seeing him. Kiowa rebelled. Crying and upset, she said, I’ll never leave him. I love him. I’m going to be with him, even if I must die with him.
So Mary went to David and forbade him to ever see Kiowa again. She told him if he loved her, he would leave her alone, because their lives were at risk. David said he wouldn’t leave her, that he loved her and she was having his child. Now they became even more determined to be together. David went to Evil and told her he wanted a divorce. He was in love. He would leave
