      Testimonial

      I began writing poems when the Lord began speaking to my heart and I began listening.

      It started on Saturday, July 25, 1992 with a poem entitled Nothing is Impossible! I had been reading/studying Luke 1:37 and Matthew 19:26, when I heard the Lord tell me: Sometimes it’s rough, but I will sustain you.

      I continued writing while listening to the Lord and have written many poems God has given me for whatever was and is going on in my life at the time.

      I continued to write whatever God put in my heart and on August 16, 2002, when my twin boys were 4 months old; I was hit with a life changing, heart breaking and spirit breaking changing event in my life; and on January 17, 2005, the Lord continued to speak to me about forgiveness and began speaking to me about writing a poem entitled Forgiveness. I began writing down all God said to me and all I’d said back to God. Yes, I had not forgiven and was not ready to forgive and did not want to forgive; nor did I want to hear God’s voice or His Words. I argued with God, but I did what God said and finished the poem.

      To be able to write and get God’s Spoken Word on paper and to get God’s voice heard, my voice heard, my feelings felt by others and encourage others at the same time is very humbling and up lifting. Because of this humbling and uplifting experience; I have been inspired to write and publish this book you are about to embark on.

      If you feel you have no voice and you are in despair, but you hear The Lord say something…anything…I encourage you to write it down (make sure it lines up with the Word of God) and share it with others and with the help of the Lord Jesus Christ…it will be heard.

      Dedications

      First I dedicate this book to you; those that are reading From God’s Heart to Mine…for the encouragement of your souls. I dedicate this to you because your souls are the souls that God wants to reach forever and it is my prayer that through these poems your souls will be won.

      Secondly, I am dedicating this book to my Husband, Mr. Dathan Kearns. Without his love and the many trials we’ve gone through; neither these poems nor this book would be possible to write. I love my Husband with all my heart and with the Love of the Lord Jesus Christ; without Christ’s Love, I could not Love my Husband according to the Lord’s Word.

      Thirdly, I am dedicating this book to my Twins; Aaron and Michael Kearns. My children have made me the woman I am today. Without those two little gentlemen
