    Let me take my time to say thank you for your interest and a possible download of this book. I am positive this book will be your major source for losing weight and help you get that perfect body you have always wanted.

    This book is carefully put together as a result of my personal struggle with overweight from when I was a child up to my adulthood. Apparently losing weight is almost becoming a lost dream to you because of plenty disappointments without a good result.     The only reason you keep accumulating that extra weight is because you have been taught to restrict dietary fat and you have been consuming more carbohydrates. But new medical discovery has made us understand that it is more beneficial for us to eat less carbs and more healthy fats. Our body runs more effectively being a fat burner that a sugar burner.

    My Ketogenic diet success story

    My Name is Lizzy Collins. I have decided to share my story here. I grew up being overweight since when I was a very little girl. My parents tried helping me by putting me on different kinds of diet without any success. Although apart from being overweight and very uncomfortable, I had no other health issue. Even as an adult I still struggle with my weight and know the kind of struggle anyone can face being overweight.

    One day I received a letter from the doctor’s office asking me and my kids to have ourselves checked to diabetes and other dieses that is related to obesity. My daughter saw it and started crying asking if we were going to die, I assured her that nothing bad was going to happen to us, that we would visit the doctor and find a solution to it. At this point I knew I had to do something about our lifestyle.

    I went online, spending several hours, checking to find a solution; suddenly an ad caught my attention about how to have a total transformation within 6 weeks. I messaged and also copied their number. Without wasting much time, I called the office and booked an appointment the following week.

    On the day of the appointment I took the kids to see the doctor and we got a good news that we were fine at the moment, but not in the long run, then advised going on paleo diet, a 6 week diet challenge. I agreed, signed up and followed every instruction given to me.

    After the first week of being on paloe, a friend told me about Keto and how wonderful it is to be on keto. I didn’t really give it much of a thought because I was already on a diet, and I was committed to see myself through the 6 week transformation challenge. I thought to myself who would want to lose weight and have to eat cheese, bacon and egg.

    One the day we completed the 6 weeks challenge, we were excited to go for measurement, I was very disappointed when I discovered I had only lost 8 lbs out of the 25 I was expecting to lose. In disappointment I called my friend asking how to go about the keto diet. She directed me to a website and I decided to do my research.

    I started learning about how to change the way my body functions from a sugar burner into a fat burner, ketosis and a lot of other things. After a thorough research, I decided to take the bull by its horn. My family members thought I wasn’t thinking straight for eating that much fat and hoping to lose weight.

    A week into my Keto diet journey, we had an old friend in the house on a weekend visit, while we were at the dinning, I talked about the crazy diet I was on and expecting to loose weight. He smiles and talked about it. He told us how he had been on the diet for some time, showed us pics of how he has lost 50 lbs within the 3 months of being on keto. It was a great motivation for me.

    Every member of the family was convinced I was on the right track and decided to join me. 2 weeks later, I decided to go for weight measurement.  I was so excited when I discovered I had lost 10 lbs within two weeks. From that day, I decided never to look back.

    After 10 months of being on Keto I reached my goal of losing 100 lbs. We are so happy and excited as a family and I am very happy about this discovery about this life changing diet.
